RELAXING RAIN ON TIN ROOF | meditate, relax, 1 hour rain sounds.
As a child growing, up some of my best cosy moments was listening to the sounds of rain as they hit the roof top. I would cosy up with my Enid Blyton books and let my mind roam free to imagine. Above all, I remember how relaxed I always felt during those times. Nowadays, it hasn't changed one bit. I still very much enjoy the sounds of rain whether I am slurping on a delicious bowl of soup, drinking some tea or hot chocolate, nibbling on veggie snacks or just laying down in my bed. That's great! I always felt anxious in the dark. I have autism, so I am very sensitive to light, so I couldn't sleep with the lights on.
