I am from Vietnam. I consider myself being overthinking sometimes. I calm myself down, I try and it works. I realize that we could not avoid unpleasant things in life, but if we learn to be relaxed in every moment, we could really manage stress and learn to live happily. That is what we have to learn especially in a modern life like now where we do usually feel lost in a world that may not sometimes belong to us. I feel thankful for this video. My 8 yr old son likes to listen to this before bed every night. The other 2 don't complain, as what's not to like? He could choose anyone of the countless options, yet he loves this particular one to listen to while we snuggle. It calms him, having him sleeping within a couple minutes. This is the only video I could find with the right balance of piano and water, not rain. It helps me sleep. I'm listening from Alberta Canada.

I listened to this and still is, it takes me inside of myself and I can feel me humbling myself to myself, forgiving myself, enjoying myself, being excited. This has revealed to me, me. I hope those of you that has listened to this feel what I feel, it’s real to know yourself and of the energy you are composed of. The most and very important thing that I come away with this is that I almost lost all of me because I had consumed so much of the world and believing I was who they said I was, but that all changed when Covid broke out. I’ve always loved to read and what I have come to understand is undeniable and I will not ever look at things (life) like I did before. We are all connected.

Music dosent help me sleep but this Music and the Water helps me with my stres and sleep😌
