I have let my baby listen to this at sleep time since 3 months. Now he is 10 months and as soon as he hears it he knows it time for sleep. Nice and relaxing.

Panic always brings me here. It's so hard to deal with for me when I'm absoluetly terrified, but this helps me out a lot. I remember listening to it on my way to the cardiologist and things went more smoothly than I expected. I think Heaven is a place like this. Well if my problems are gone, id rather chose to live here... I want peaceful life, I dont need money all foods are already there all you have to do is do something for you to survive...

I can’t sleep unless this is playing, started listening back in November when I was recovering from cancer surgery, and now it has to be on. Wish I could visit this place, very relaxing and peaceful.

Please never delete this💙 I first heard it when I was really young and my dad would play it for my sister and I while we studied, slept, or just whenever any of us needed to relax or calm down. The comfy memory that was created then never left me, and now i use it for studies, whenever I can’t sleep, and just recently if I feel myself getting panicky or very stressed and worked up about something. An absolute blessing to have this tool, thank you 100 times!😌

I have been listening to this same video since 2015 when my fiancé (then girlfriend) went camping and needed something to play in our tent, while we fell asleep looking at the stars. Ever since that night, My fiancé and I listen to it EVERY night faithfully to the point if my fan and this video isn’t playing, i can not go to sleep. Even when we’re not at home! When on a trip sleeping in a hotel, car, camping lol. This video, is on repeat on my fiancé phone and my fan app playing on my phone or vice versa. I do a lot of writing, mostly poetry and essays on God. And when I hear this kind of music and background music with it, it keeps my mind, heart and soul more focused upon what I am doing. Also when things are going hard or bad this kind of music calms me down to keep me focused on God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit, and gets me to where I need to be and what I need to do.

This is the kind of tranquil place I could retreat to with a book and sit on the grassy area above the water and think the rest of the world was a MILLION miles away. I’m a Pisces ♓️ as well and I feel the same way. Just listen to flowing water soothes my soul and brings me much comfort and happiness and peace

On average I may sleep 4 to 4.5 hours a night and the first night I listened to this I slept for 8 hours with comfort and ease. Thanks to the wonderful Woman of God who led me to this stream of restoration!

This is very soothing to me. I am getting back to where I need to be in life after going through a very rough patch from late June to mid September. Increase, restoration & blessings have been flowing in my life now. im now 17 almost 18 the first time i listened it i was 14 and when i cant fall a sleep i put this on and focus on my breath and i sleep instant and so well after all those years it still works thank you for that

Thanks so very much for your message and I have to say that it works well with the whole sleep cycle. When my son was a teen, he would have alot of trouble falling asleep. Of course, that didn't work with getting up early for the sme kind of day that put him without true rest the night before!!! Then when I found my path I found all the gifts available to me Spiritually and intuition are meant to be as one and want to be as one.

Put your head phones on and close your eyes you will soon fall asleep good night from England .
