Yesterday I had a stressful night of studying and homework doing. I went to bed around 12am (because my brain was giving out)... I hit my bed and couldn’t sleep at all (insomnia) I tried some breathing exercises to help me relax and that didn’t work. My mind was still wired up with stress. My friend who has been really into sound waves at different hz came into mind and motivated me to give it a shot to see if it will help me relax, ease some stress, and help me go to sleep. LET ME JUST TELL YOU... I woke up in the morning with the video still playing. I was shocked and giggled like I probably knocked out because I don’t remember when I fell asleep nor do I remember having trouble falling asleep as soon as I turned on this video. 😂 I slept so good!!!!!!

usually i can't listen to the same track of sleep music more then maybe 4 or 5 times without becoming irritated or bored with it. i have been listening to this track almost every night for about 3 weeks. I'm not music savvy, so don't judge on the way i describe...but i like how the music is holds a note steady for a few seconds and eases into the next note instead of quickly changing, its more relaxing to my mind. thanks for this great track :)

I am in that place right now. But also am very bad at getting off my phone 2 hours before going to bed. That's an addiction too. Glad to know these videos have helped you sleep without medication. Gives me hope.

I just want to say for the people reading this that it’s okay with what you are going through. We are human and it happens.
