Howl's moving castle is actually not Ghibli's idea. It is the idea of a wonderful author, . When she was around 80 years old, the creator of Ghibli Studios wanted to bring it to life. She agreed, and she was the first person to watch Howl's Moving Castle. I think she cried at the end of the movie. I suggest reading the real book. It is a longer and more detailed version of this adventure. The movie is beautiful too. They are both equally wonderful. More details about the book according to Wikipedia: Howl's Moving Castle is a fantasy novel by British author Diana Wynne Jones, first published in 1986 by Greenwillow Books of New York. It was a runner-up for the annual Boston Globe-Horn Book Award, and won the Phoenix Award twenty years later.

I was going through a really severe depression. I finally decided to start therapy today, I rearranged my whole room and cleaned it up, now I'm lying in bed. I was reading this self-help book while listening to this article. I know things will get better *1 month later: It's only been a month but it feels like a long time ago. Hey, to whoever sees this. I don’t know who I might be but if you see this, that means you probably need to hear this right now. Can’t sleep? It’s okay, I promise. I know things might be hard and whoever you are stressing over or whatever situation your going through, it’s OKAY to feel what your feeling. It doesn’t mean you should just give into the stress. It just means to take a step back, relax and breathe know that you are perfect and that you can do this. Whatever you’re feeling whether it’s anger, sadness, emptiness, guilt.. it’s all just temporarily. Give yourself serenity. Let yourself be at peace don’t doubt yourself because I promise you ARE perfect and that this won’t last forever. So do yourself a favor and just lay back and listen to this. Breathe and find the peace in life and relaxation and just get some good rest and save up the energy for tomorrow.. your amazing, you are perfect.. sweet dreams❤
