For the blacksmith, I could envision a second pier on the opposite side of the island from the fishing dock, but with a more industrial look. Piles of coal and ore, a makeshift pulley crane, and maybe even a minecart and rails to transport shipments into the structure. Edit: Also, maybe a cozy little seaside tavern for brewing and extra storage!

I've never studied architecture, but I've noticed that areas that get snow have a peaked roof, areas that don't have a lower slope. And I just figured out barn roofs, small peaks with steep sides makes snow shear off. No need to shovel them off

You can dry kelp in a furnace. Dried kelp block can be used as fuel.

Same!! Long play videos without commentary make me zone out and just can’t hold my attention. With commentary is the perfect balance of chill and attention-grabbing.

I have the perfect idea for another build in this save! A Roger sanctuary 💖 maybe on the other side of the island, where the sand is.

Really love seeing the trail and error it often feels like when I sit down to build something amazing it often falls flat. Just now I have rebuild my starter house 3 times because I HATED the pallet I choose. So it us nice to see that sometimes even the pros can struggle or change their mind

Ozzy Building Tip Here! If you want stone piles, terraforming, or anything else; you can use stone buttons and pressure plates! Placing them together or even by themselves adds a teeny bit of texture and variety to your build without making it overly cluttered, also using them along paths makes them look like pebbles and small stones! And it can add a tiny bit sound if you walk on the pressure plates I also like to use stone buttons as 'nails' or stone accents since if you place them right-then they are a simple way to make your build extra detailed without being too much! You can also use buttons and pressure plates in smaller pond builds (I like creating ponds and use that a lot)

My favorite update (I don’t remember the number bc I was too young lol) was when they first added villages and caves and all the PC features to pocket edition Minecraft. I remember watching DanTDM’s video of him playing pocket edition because he broke his hand and that being how I found out that they updated pocket edition to have all the same features as on PC. I was SO excited, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve been that excited in a long time XD. I was stoked about finally being able to play the same game as all my favorite KZreadrs despite not having a computer. Since then, Mojang’s been very good about making things consistent throughout all the versions, and I really appreciate it as a former pocket edition kid.
