For some reason Melissa never used to relax me because I thought she spoke a bit too fast, but now I really love her voice and the way she speaks, I could listen to her speak all day haha.

Hi Melissa, Since I've started watching your videos, I've really picked up on the importance of taking a really deep breath to relax. It's odd how one can rush throughout the work day and find yourself almost forgetting to breathe due to stress. I find myself monitoring my breathing and if I notice my usual shallow breathing I'll take a deep relaxing "Melissa style" breath. Does wonders for slowing down and focus on the now. Kudos to you Melissa, great lifestyle Tip!

Christian Bale coolest Batman ever! Michael Keaton really good too. Like the green. Love Melissa's hair too. ( Has a pretty vine or ivy quality to it) reminds me of Poison Ivy character in a good way.

The lady doing the massages hair is soooo long!! it's so cute!!!

Mmmm, thank you!! Ear massage is fabulous. If you don't want to use fingers, a q-tip, especially with a drop or two of lavender or tea tree essential oil takes it to a whole new level. :)

I always like Melissa's videos, including this one. But the artificial and strained "question for the viewer to comment on below" is getting a little old now, Psychetruth. It especially grates in a relaxing video like this. Let her do her thing without the marketing.

Same exact thing really. I rarely have to open my eyes to find pressure points and muscle attachments. Friends say I look like Mr. Magoo when he's not wearing his glasses. lol

Tatiana Ragland Hey there, thanks for commenting. :) I wonder if some background and the scene from my pov might interest you? I can totally see your point--ooh, it's yummy, just relax. So, Val's a friend of mine, not a 'professional massage model' (so to speak) like Corrina or Corey. It was her second shoot, and also the first time she'd allowed us to film her face. And the setting is not actually that relaxing (laying half naked in a wide, super brightly lit open studio with people [and one cat] wandering around and cursing at various electronic devices, etc.) unless you're used to it, and that day was also just fraught with horrifying technical difficulties.
