Turn down the brightness. If that doesn’t work turn your device away from you, for computers turn off the screen but not the computer. I don’t really know how to do it but I know it happens because it always happens to my cousin. Hope you get a good night sleep and that you’re safe.

You can also try a nighttime filter for your screen. It's basically a color correction that makes everything orange-toned and reduces that blue light that can keep you up. I've got it timed in my settings to pop on automatically when I head to bed. I recommend
