This! This is finally the sort of compilation I’ve been searching for. A quiet tavern, for us weary travellers who after a long, tiring ride just want to sit peacefully in front of the fire with a mug of mead while we gently dose off. Other videos like this are great too, but sometimes the music is a bit too rowdy, too upbeat. This is just utterly perfect

I was having a hard time with anxiety and intrusive thoughts acting up in the last couple of days, but as soon as this started playing (not even clicked it, it just came to me by autoplay), my mind sort of calmed down. I now feel like a traveller on a perilous journey, happening upon a small tavern not marked on any map, and finally being able to rest from travelling and fighting for a while. Here's my advice for really lovely ambience: for all of these 'tavern' vids, play Coffitivity at the same time to get a crowd noise. You can turn it down low and still hear the music. I also add rain, and fall asleep like this every night.

I love the tranquility of these types of scenes and especially the ones with sounds of water and movement. Even though I don't see a lot of movement from the greenery, I am content to imagine sitting out there with a book & cup of tea and my pup who is snoring. I wonder when my neighbors across the lake will return. What would make this better would be a room with a gigantic screen and surround sound, then I'd really be in the scene. The imagination works wonders. Good job.

I entered the place, smiling. Our adventures together had been over for a while, but since Keya and Daxo opened that place together, we made it a tradition to go there every centuries, on Steve's death day. Being the only human of the group, he's the only one who died before this place could open. Daxoril smiled at me before making their way to me quickly. "Hey there Rainea! You're here early! The old Dwarf's not coming before noon, he's got some family stuff!" Mugnerlig started a family after our adventures, so it was more rare to see him. Keya noted down an order before coming to her partner. "Could you take this order for me please?" "Of course, honey" Daxoril went as Keya hugged me. "Rainea, it's been a while! How have you been?" "I've been alright, thanks! We chatted for a little longer before I ordered some drinks and food. After I finished eating, Mugnerlig entered the tavern. "Hello everyone!" Mugnerlig greeted the costumers that went to see him before we caught up on each other's lives. The dwarf was pretty popular among the usual clients, being the one that showed the owners their greatest successes. Once Keya's friends took over, Daxoril and Keya sat with us. "So, how's your wife and children doing?" Daxoril asked "They're doing just fine. Their mother and I take roles taking care of them." After a bit more chatting about our cook's personal life, Keya went on to talk about how the forest goddess Vilirassilia took more people under her wing. I don't have anymore inspiration, but here's some stuff about my OCs this made me think about! Feel free to give me feedbacks!
