It doesnt matter what time I watch your videos & your cooking, makes my mouth start to water & i get hungry. Its currently 2.30am Thursday 12th may. I'm not going to give in to temptation & eat. First time. What was the meat you cooked. Could see all the line of fat, it looked like it was gone through the cooking process. I was in some way a little sad when you said your cookbook was not going to be an E book as the cost of postage for a paper one to come from USA is quiet high & I might not be able to afford it straight away & will need to put aside a little each fortnight to buy & pay the postage. I really appreciate all the nature shots you always put into your videos...I can't be out in nature all the time and I often maximize my screen and put my headphones on during your videos, to really immerse myself where you are. It's so nice! I loved the shot up the tree trunk into the tree canopy. When I take my son on walks we always look up into tree canopies...it's one of our favorite things to do on our walks. :)

We have been together 17 years we are just on the same wave length.

The amount of time Y'all spend setting up and breaking camp is incredible. Not to mention the time and effort that goes into Kelly making all those meals. I used to do it in a similar fashion but have greatly simplified my set up and meals these days since becoming an "Old Fart" Wish I still had the energy Y'all do. ROCK ON!

I try to keep up with your videos, so I may have missed it but with all the prepping you do on making food I would really like to see a video on how you clean all those dishes with minimal waste. That's one of the reasons why I hesitate in making those meals. Hopefully enough people can request one. Catch you on the other lol.

I was driving the forest roads Sunday afternoon and pulled into that very campsite. I put a star on it in my maps app because it was an excellent place. I definitely had the feeling that I had seen it in at least one of your videos. The only thing that your cheese steak sandwich needs that you don't put on it is some bell peppers cooked in with the onion!!! That is what I would do anyway! LOL You cook like I do. A recipe is an idea and I always do something a little different to suit my own preferences. Your meal preparation is always fun to watch. Travel safe to your new destination!!

My daughter is almost out of school and with work we will not be able to camp as much as we would like this month (have a family car camping trip planned for June already though) It definitely brings me down when we can't camp as much as I would like so this was the perfect pick me up and I thank you for that! Should be

Will your cookbook be spiral-bound so that can flip back to 1/2 open size and lay flat? Also, a small section of lined white space at the end of each recipe with be so we can hand-write Kelly’s changes as they come up in future videos :)

Kelly I challenge you to cook just using the fire. As good as your cooking is I bet you could make something good over the fire. Safe travels! School is out in a week so o can finally get some camping in. I'm excited for the cookbook to try your yummy recipes when I go camping. Today is my daughters 10th birthday she loves watching the beautiful scenery and kellys cooking its inspired her to try new food.
