I don't understand why people with these large cysts don' consult a dermatologist who, in a few minutes and under local anaesthetic would remove the whole cyst with the sac. The incision must be wider and probably requires a couple of stitches. However, it is definitive. Here, I see a lot of bruising, much bleeding and, in all likelihood, the cyst will refill.

I was stunned when I watched her cutting off some of the sac and calling it done. Especially after all the raves that I have read here. Instead of continuing to pull the sac out, she literally cut off what was out and left the rest.

Many of these people don’t have access to that kind of medical care, or the money to pay for it. The economy in Southeast Asia is horrible, and many don’t even have access to soap and water, which is how a lot of their clients get to this point to begin with.

That cyst was so deep it was almost in the persons soul and I thought they'd have to perform an exorcism to finally get it out. Awesome video.

Данные запущенные случаи липоматоза удаляются хирургическим путем и никак иначе. Делают широкий надрез и вытаскивают весь мешок целиком. В данном случае есть большой шанс что все вернется в первоначальную стадию и даже может распространиться. Так делать нельзя, к тому же это сильно повреждает кожу

A lot of these videos sound like they make me made in another country so I'm not sure what they have to do. But I would love to be able to sit and pop these things all day.

Believe it or not, the weeks of soreness leading up to this are the worst. Even after the cut and all of the forceful squeezing, as soon as it is over, you feel only relief. The worst part of this procedure is the smell. I had a cyst very similar to this, except it was near my shoulder. I barely felt the blade make the incision. As soon as it started draining, I felt relief. Except now it smelled like someone had thrown a couple of dead rats in the room. I could not believe it could stink that bad, even though I'd been warned to expect it. After squeezing out what she could, the person doing it cleaned out the wound with antiseptic and a swab. Then she packed a long strip of gauze that looked kind of like a shoelace, into the wound. She left a tail of it sticking out and said so long as it has quit draining go ahead and pull the gauze out. It didn't hurt, just felt really weird as it was pulled out. Put some neosporin and a bandaid on it. Three days later you couldn't tell there had been anything there.

From what I've learnt the pressure of having such a large cyst is released as soon as it's cut. It also makes a difference whether it's infected or not. This doesn't appear to be infected so I an ideal world the removal of the whole sac by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon would have been the best course of treatment. I'm thinking that the cost of the procedure has been a big influence on the treatments available. I wish this patient all the best and I really hope that it doesn't return as this can happen even when a small part is left behind.

@@amyrivers4093 it was indeed infected, that's why the smell was so bad. It's a smell I shall never forget, and hope to never experience again. In your last comment you mentioned the sac. The doc did remove the sac, it came out in one piece after she expressed all of the infected sebum. It was after the sac removal that she swabbed the wound with the antiseptic. Also, the packing that she inserted was also treated with the antiseptic. I guess the idea was to provide drainage and a continuous supply of antiseptics for the wound. It was successful. The wound did not get infected and it healed in just a few days. Today there is no trace of a scar or any mark to indicate that there was ever anything there. It has been three years and I've not had any more cysts. Thank you for your concern though. Cheers

Projectile cyst was awesome, cyst placenta removal was awesome. Not removing entire placenta was disappointing.

Doesn’t matter weather they do a small one and squeeze the shit out of it or a large one and tease it with the blunt scissors then cut the sack away, and squeeze some, then snip snip and some stitches to finish... both are gonna hurt the next day

Thats my concern too!! Hopefully it will not come back. As they didn’t really take all the sac out. Just a piece of it. Need to check more. And stitch it up to close.😩😩😩😖😖 poor client, I feel Sorry for him.😔😞

that cyst is going to come back the sac was huge and they only took out a tiny piece of it! and yes I was like please get the entire sac out!

Why is everyone such pussies. Every single boil or cyst i took out myself before they ever managed to get big. It's just normal pain equivalent to popping a pimple on your face. I've had surgery twice. I can tell you with certainty that cyst like this are mostly surface level and absolutely easily disposed by yourself. Also the pain is bearable.

I imagine that they either gave them pain medicine, or gave them laughing gas. also I’m 99% sure they put numbing medicine around the cyst.

They can’t make an incision big enough to need a stitch. They’re not doctors and for most people in Vietnam a dermatologist is too expensive

Jeez listen to yourselves. This is in Vietnam. Dermatologists would be very expensive - they dont' earn that much. Plus a lot of them are scared of having a scar. Please do not project what you feel should be happening (and would be happening wherever you are) onto another country!

I don’t think a lot of people realize that specialists cost money and aren’t free even though we can watch them for free online. This page is of workers in a spa. Not an actual licensed dermatologist office. The cost of healthcare is probably way more than what a lot of people can afford, and, in turn, they go to spas instead. From an outside perspective, it is obviously easy to criticize and comment how they need to get the sack out, or empty all of the contents of a blackhead, or whatever, but those operations cost way more money than regular spa treatment.

Public hospital consultations usually cost less than $5; tests and procedures are also similarly inexpensive. A consultation with a specialist at Vinmec or FV Hospital costs less than $30. How's that for an answer? Costs less for them than it does for us to see our GP

@@Spiritcr1jsher they live in vietnam which isn’t a rich East Asian country at all. Healthcare there is relatively universal, however, the problem arises whenever a lot of treatment items (like medicines or whatever) aren’t actually produced in vietnam, and, are instead, bought from outside the country. Spas don’t (normally) set you up on a vigorous regimen of skin care unlike dermatologists. This is worldwide, and shouldn’t require more than half a brain to realize that no matter the country, a doctor is going to cost more in the end than a aesthetician.

I’m seeing this for another time! It’s amazing how much she gets out! That guy was probably bruised for weeks. I wanted he to change positions. Too bad there was more to get out. However she’s limited to how much she can cut. Good effort 🤩

The client said this cyst has been on his back for more than 4 years already, Thuy asked if she was hurting or makes him feel uncomfortable but he said it’s okie. He chosed to come here cuz he doesn’t want a big stiched scar on his back. It’s getting more hurtful than usual for a few days so he decided to get rid of it instead of ignore it like before.
