The way the blackheads burst out the skin gives me an unexplainable excitement...with the close up they look so massive so when they pop out it's like gaping hole when in actuality the holes are small

To everybody bitching about “needing a second squeeze”, you must all be new. Welcome! So, after all of this, they go back over with suction devices and extract the rest. Then they do a deep clean on the face. Just remember that just because it wasn’t filmed doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.

I definitely do not have trypophobia. I love little empty holes in irregular patterns - - especially if I get to see what came out of them. (I wonder if there is a diagnosis for that...)

One of the main things while performing a facial with extractions is hygiene and these videos lack of that starting with the gloves and the residues left on most of the extractions.

The dirty sharp tip should never be used to poke or incise once it has been used to scrape up the waste product debris from the surface of the skin. Good way to introduce infectious material back into the tissue. Poor infection control technique.

I JUST had this happen to ME. My area was damaged and the zit STILL there. It took 3 weeks to get back to the exact same place I was originally. I ended up taking care of it myself AFTER spending $180.00 to "fix" it. I freakin'' hate these half azz jobs.

So satisfying when they just lift out and there is the perfect clean hole- . So hard when I see stuff left in them.. 😑

But are you sure you would love to do this? Dr. Pimple Popper says in an interview (seen online): "....And then there is the smell. When a pimple gets into my hair, I can smell it all day...". And that's not the first time I've heard that the smell of pimple popping is.....not pleasant. Most of the people enjoying this online would probably not be able to enjoy real-life pimple popping....

We don't actually see the whole treatment process. Someone mentioned in the comments recently that on her website it talks about the treatment actually involves. I think they film what they think popacholics want to see - action.

The scabs are taken care of in the cleansing step at the end. Her website explains the whole process including the gunk left in the pores.

Your usual determination and thoroughness is not used here

From what I understand, what we see is just the first step in a cleansing process so don't rush to judgement so quickly.

Some channels have done before and after videos and on some it does make a big difference. When people only have a few small ones it might not be worth it though

30 seconds in and I'm already annoyed by the lifting of the scab/plug, but the core being OBVIOUSLY left inside 🙄
