I think this terrible skin condition must be painful to live with every day. It seems that they should have some kind of numbing lotion that they could put on the skin before starting the procedure. There is such a cream used for tattooing.

I've seen before and after and it works a lot! But I've never tried such a treatment, my acne problem is small anyway. I also don't think that I can find such treatment in my country

My heart goes out for this poor guy. Such painful inflamed skin. I hope he gets relief from the pressure and improvement in his overall condition.

@@gailmunce9274 there’s nothing to worry about when it comes to the infection. It’s already in his bloodstream so there’s no “cross contamination”!

I feel sorry for rhem whem their face is bad like this. Poor thing. You know his poor face has got to hurt. Praying he will get cleared up soon. Wish you the best.

By not completely empting the pores once opened is what caused this awful painful mess. Been there and I can tell you once it's inflamed and or infected just a light touch is excruciating painful.

@@teresafincher3413 The red raised pustules must be drained. They cannot be opened and left.The base and the pore itself is filled with staff bacteria. Once you open it and do not drain it, it spreads both beneath and on the surface of the skin cause the infection to increase badly. That is basically how the inflamed areas got that way in the first place. It probably does hurt. It certainly hurts prior to draining because its sensitive to even light touch. Once you drain out the pus, the pressure on the nerve is relieved and its much much less painful. The relief is almost immediate. When its drained properly, the red inflammation is reduced immediately and the skin tone looks much more normal, but not quite. If you drain it properly it will heal at least 3 or 4 times faster than if you do what these people are doing, which is removing only a portion of the pus and infected blood.

Exactly. That's why she should have properly cleaned those that were infected and inflamed. The pores opened and not completely emptied is why he had such a mess on his skin and I have been there a pore opened and not emptied is excruciatingly painful just to a light touch and will remain so until emptied.

I really feel for this client. His skin looks very red and inflamed so this must be incredibly painful to go through. Hopefully he will feel so much better with this treatment and all of the hard plugs and puss removed. I take my hat off to him for being so brave. I think I would make a lot more fuss than he is.

Poor kid! Its hard to watch knowing he is that much pain.

I like how she has been slowing down to show us the larger/interesting ones on her blade or the piece of gauze. However, I feel for this client. I had to turn the volume down because it pains me to hear the discomfort. This must be so overwhelming for him to look in the mirror everyday, bless his heart. He is in the right place! Hang in there. 🌈🌈

What we saw here is where the pores had been opened and not cleaned completely. There aren't words to tell anyone how painful this can be when these areas are inflamed and or infected. Once cleaned though it's instant relief and it's never sore.

Thing of it is, by not releasing the foot of the acnes, the pain will not get much better. With antibiotics, might quieten some of the tenderness redness.

This individual needs medical attention for his acne. The inflammation is severe and the attendant is only popping unseen pimples. His real issues are the red blotches.

How do you know he hasn’t received medical attention? Perhaps is being treated by a doctor who suggested this treatment alongside medicine? It is difficult to make conclusions without the full story. Beside, it is not a wrong way to remove blood and puss as long as you clean the skin properly afterwards.

@@najapetersen8139 It's wrong when you open up the skin for those tiny blackheads and whiteheads and then smear the infected sebum and blood across them. Also popping pimples with a tool that has just been in contact with a bacterial infection. And the gloves are covered with bacteria. Antibacterial treatment afterwards won't make it alright. Bacteria can be incredibly resistant. I just see a lot of those pores becoming infected and compounding this kids problems. Just because this is a developing country, proper hygiene shouldn't be overlooked.

@@jenniferd264 have you seen the setting? It's not some back room nastiness. Also the blade she uses comes out of a steril package and is disposed of afterwards. She wears gloves a mask and protective eyewear. The person is in a steril chair and away from others. He then gets a purification and deep cleansing after the extractions. This is Viet Nam, not some white suburban state. If you don't like it, keep scrolling by. Also she has done before and afters and their faces are amazing. She also advocates for a doctors intervention and medication.

@@kcmac66 The chair is clean, not sterile, but thank you for making the point. Ive seen other videos posted where I was certain the tools were reused without sterilizing and who knows if the gloves are only washed off and not changed every client. This isnt a sterile procedure anyway. It is a clean one. The scalpel is sterile coming out of the package but as soon as she makes the 1st incision, it is no longer sterile. So you are correct.

Waiting at ER. Doc wanted to know what made me so calm, so monitored my vitals a while. These LITERALLY slow down my pulse and lower my blood pressure... but the doc was actually too grossed to watch!!!!! To each her own, I guess.

Those are *not* sacs, they are pseudo-sacs which get absorbed quickly. OMG, she knows what she is doing, check out her videos of Hung (that’s his nickname) it’s 20 or so parts. It’s amazing. BTW, she’s a poppa-alcoholic too. She’s very disciplined to stop popping.

You need to clean out every pimple. You can’t scrape off the top and move on. You HAVE to get the capsule which takes patience and time.

Espero que este tratamiento le sirva mucho a este paciente para recuperar su piel que está muy dañada. Es una persona muy valiente ya que le debe doler muchísimo, cosa que yo no aguantaría ni la mitad de lo que este señor ha soportado, yo le tengo muchísimo pánico al dolor. Es admirable su espíritu de salir adelante me quito el sombrero.

The only thing I’ve ever seen administered is lidocaine which probably hurts more than the procedure. Poor folks.

So do I. This is a sight of what ones skin looks like when pores are opened and not properly cleaned. I can say from my own experience that it's best to just leave them alone if you can't or want completely clean the pores because it is very painful just to touch an area and oh my when you know it has to be squeezed but it is instantly pain free once it's clean and it want be sore.

Ikr...I see these ppls inflammated, imfected places ALL over their whole faces without any clear spots at all, and watch how rough they can be on them places and squeezes so hard with their finger nails not fingers but the nail..that shot hurts like a mf'ker when its a basic blackhead. So this makes me wanna cry ..I feel so bad for ppl who has no health insurance nor the cash to pay to get spots with doctors and dermatologist And no fucking govt assistance or help or ways to help their ppl to see doctors and get basic healthcare ....to just be able to get the medical care that is a human fucking right to have access to, if even only just basic treatment ...I'm sorry I'm ranting but it kills me and makes me sad to see ppl that are made to suffer or die prematurely or bc they dont have means to get help for things that can be treated or cured by simple easy treatments ... So so stupid that this is so oo oo many ppls situations even still In 2021.

Oh Yes! That irritated me as well! It was huge and crusted over and definitely needed to be gently debrided and contents removed as much as possible to alleviate the pressure and infection.

I’m thinking he really needs to see a dermatologist. He’s going to have some really bad scarring.

He may need that but people in other countries don’t always have access to specialists. Some don’t even see a primary care provider. The only medical help available in many countries is a hospital for emergencies and critical surgeries.

Many of her patients also see a dermatologist and use prescribed pills. However, for basic care, Vietnam has tons of estheticians like this, because over there people are taught not to pop their own pimples. Good advice, it'd save many from scarring.

Is this a common practice in Asian countries? It seems that is all you see getting this done. Is it done in other countries and if so where? Also is it expensive to do? I've been watching these for a bit now and it looks so painful to me!

Yes and you only see the extraction phase of a full service. Most people aren't interested in the rest.

I want to see when you pull the bottle off. Can’t be any worse than the blood letting.

That’s basically what it is it’s called wet cupping it uses suction to extract the blood. They use a similar technique in ancient times with glass cups and a little fire inside to remove the o2 so it would create suction

I agree, she seems more interested in pumping out blood, if she gets puss, she almost never goes back to check it is all out..

This is chloracne from exposure to the chemical dioxin, like Hung’s extreme case. She must work in an area where there is a lot of this as no one else on YT seems to have this type of clientele...

I agree that it is chloracne as well. After I read the post I looked it up and it resembles the pic I saw exactly. So sad he is a young man and obviously was not alive when the Vietnam War took place which is when people were initially exposed to Agent Orange. It would make sense though that there would still be remanence of it remaining in the fauna and Flora of their environment. SMH, just one more thing that needs to be dealt with by Humanity or lack thereof.

@@KC-gy5xw what does him using the wrong stuff on his skin have to do with anything. Chloracne aka MADISH comes from agent orange it affects the DNA and is inherited. It causes way more than skin problems. It can cause death in the child, mental retardation, skin lesions, baldness, missing limbs, disabled limbs etc. and you can look at his situation and skin and tell that he suffers from inherited agent orange exposure. Obviously from a grandparent

I'm also sure this client was really hurting the next day after the treatment. I hope he had something to take for pain.

I hope this person gets some medical treatment for this acne! . The pain and discomfort getting this work done on his face is such a shame. Thank you for being relatively gentle with his face!

My heart goes out to the poor patient. But that doesn’t mean it’s okay to not take care of him promptly and fully.

Seems to me if the blade went in just a bit more the spot wouldn’t have to be squeezed so hard and the client wouldn’t be hurt so much.
