She always nails it. Every time I watch her videos, im like, yep, yep, exactly cos I have learned through observation and personal experience the situations she discusses. Men say they want a good woman, a loyal woman, one who will value them..nope, again through dating experiences and as I have gotten older I have observed that they remain stuck on the one that either pulled the rug or doesn't return their calls or messages. When I am in a crowd or around a large group of people I can also see things that I don't want to which is why I don't like being around a lot of people at once it is way more then I want to see, I can tell certain things about people and it really sucks sometimes. I can also feel bad energy from people. I remember when I was younger, ignorance was bliss but also dangerous. I remember also when I was younger and how married men, men in relationships, or even dating, they would literally do whatever and say whatever to me to go out with me or talk to me. Unfortunately because I have seen this side of men it has also jaded be a bit and made me have less respect and admiration for a lot of them because so many of them are just weak minded when it comes to attractive women. I also have married friends/women who allow their husbands to watch porn to "keep the peace" or also so that they don't have to have sex with them or they are not attracted to their husbands and are cheating. It's literally wild, and I see why so many good-looking women, this day and age, are very happily single or have certain arrangements, which Sadia discusses in another one of her videos. Which was another winning video. Sadia is a gift !❤

So real, I like to listen to Sadia because it is coming from a woman who knows all these games, so true, once they have a healthy relationship, they will question it because it is unfamiliar to you and therefore want to go back to the toxic one because that is their comfort zone! 7:42, thank you for this, I always have trouble explaining this to my female friends. 9:14, you are so right, it is much better when both parties are equally crazy about each other but are at peace with the fact that if worse case scenario they break up, they are completely ok with it!

The other reason people despise consistence attention, care and love is that, the person attempting to show that consistency love, attention and care will not continue for the reason that they are imperfect, and realistically no human will continue to give something good or bad consistently...so we despise consistence attention, care and love as a measure of protection from disappointment when they will stop giving us that love.. (2) we naturally feel that.. anyone attempting to give us consistence love, care or attention..are attempting something impossible to maintain and realistically sustain as a human...and we classify their attempt as fake. (3) Our past, have taught each one of us that circumstances in this world and the nature of being imperfect does not permit a person to give consistence attention, care and love, even if they want to...so anyone attempting to behave as if they may provide consistence attention, care and love challenge our believe and experience in life hence we don't appreciate it..

She’s talking about maybe 5% of men that are 50s trying to date 20 year old women. Most men know when a woman isn’t genuinely feeling them. The men that participate in the game with those women use those women as those women use them. Some of those men use those women to attract other women ( different topic). It’s a very small percentage of men dealing with overseas women/ sex escort women . People like her forget over 40% of men rarely having consistent sex with women . 30% are married .

This concept that I am worthy and should be valued is a myth. We are told that we have to determine who we are, and therefore don’t need validation. However the reality is no human are totally good or evil, because we do have the capacity to do both, and therefore we don’t determine how our actions is being perceive. Our life is really a manifestation of our actions, and those actions are perceive in different ways. That being said, without feedback or validation we wouldn’t know if our actions is affecting people in a negative or positive way.

spot on. This idea of total independence and not needing valitation from others comes, I suspect, from the fact that many people working in psychology have an avoidant attachment style. They overvalue independence from others vs coregulation with others.

To create this dynamic, as a man you have to get sexual discipline and see yourself as better, smarter and worth more than a woman. Because if a woman finds a man really attractive, she can't control it, but we men are so strong that we can defeat ourselves.

For somebody who is a claimed psychologist, she doesn't base her views on clicinal practice but just her admittedly sheltered Islamic/Pakistani upbringing. some of what she says has value, but then most of her points are just from her own biases. Yes, porn can be problematic but if she tells her clients that pron is categorically BAD that's not right. no therapist or mental health professional would say it's totally BAD. if a person sees porn everyday but just as way to pleasure themselves and it doesn't affect their view of relationships, then it's fine. That said, i don't believe she warrants the hate she gets. clearly she is pretty , and yes, this wold be a weapon to use against her. She's just a social conservative who wants to go back to the values of the past, whilst accepting some things have progressed. she's not alone in thinking that.

“When a man likes a woman more than she likes him”. I know at the beginning you talk about taking a “general, made for everybody podcast” and personalizing it. There must be something wrong with him. Well, I guess there is something wrong with me because I have NEVER, NEVER, in 40 years, had a one on one session where I did not encounter rude behavior. As hard as I work. As good as I can make people (you) feel, I deserve better. “When a man likes a woman more than she likes him, he becomes emasculated.” Right, because I just stepped into the ball buster. And you’re evil, you’ll do that. You do need the shifter, the anxious, the insecure. I sure as hell don’t. I’m none of those things. You don’t love me because you couldn’t receive me. I’m the gambler who gets a win every 20, 30 times. You need to learn dedication, Sadia. Because you just lost it.
