The subconscious is very strange. Nothing surprising about these dreams. I just dreamed last night I was drinking some gin and tonics and it wasn't a nightmare, I was just disappointed in myself in the dream lol.

15 months sober as of the 15th and just had a dream last night. I came back from a 4yr undercover deployment (I'm a 10yr vt) and I was housed with 6 guys and there were boxes of booze everywhere. I went to valley my sponsor in my dream but my phone was empty! No numbers! It went a bit more, I met my unit and what not but told everyone I was sober and they were shocked and made fun of me.... I hated it woke up sweaty and immediately read my 3rd step prayer then found this video! Such an odd dream and feeling since everyone in my life is so supportive of my sobriety! Had a relapse dream about cannabis last night. I was addicted to it for 16 years and gave it up a little over a year ago. Your video is so, so helpful. Thank you for sharing!

I am in recovery for 14 months and found this very interesting and can relate to a lot. I do not drink anymore or use drugs and the last time l used was for 24hrs about 6 months ago. Anyway, that's a good sign that l do not dream anymore, thank God!

I'm 7+ years sober I still have dreams with substances in them. They're very confusing and nonsensical. The last one was a few days ago.

Tx, reassuring, my dream was: I was fighting with conscious to not drinking, and I lost, and this was repeating in my dream, but right now, I have no craving, well I didn't have any craving since day 1, may be my subconscious is not happy with it!
