What about first base?

does the width of the needle matter? if so what size

Almost just as expensive to replace than it is to buy a new 44😭

The web is laced too tight. If you look at any high level catchers mitt the web will have 1/4-3/8” gap at the base and 3/8-1/2” gap on the sides so the web just floats between the thumb and index of the mitt. This allows for better pocket formation and receive the ball with less snap of the mitt.

That 3/8 gap comes from use and lace being stretched out, I lace mine a little looser though bc I use a small glove

why does no one do videos on relacing the rest of the glove? the web is the easiest part
