Thanks for the video as I’m not using a pioneer controller I’ve had to change the text like on the knobs sliders I have to delete the highres to make it work. But with the buttons they have RO in the file which is pioneers block so I just wondered if you got the cfx buttons to work?

Also do you have to use excel I’ve been just changing the script with the midi numbers.

Blair Studley you don’t have to use excel I just use it because it makes things easier to add, if you change the RO to fast; the buttons should work. I can’t confirm this as I don’t have a non pioneer controller to test with

hi , i have an other problem with mapping on rekordbox, on my FLX4 the FX2 BEAT UP/DOWN ar not responding suddenly so i wanted to remap it becasue reset to default did not work, i tested the flx4 with midiOX and knob working fine. so when i deleted the FX2 beat up and down for remapping a message says that its already mapped to FX1 .i notest that the mapping name of fx2 was differnet than fx1 wil ther is only one knopg for this on the flx4 so how do i map fx1 and 2 to the same knob ?

It wont let you map features outside of Rekordbox defined parameters through the rekordbox app. If you get midi code for the button you should be able to manually edit it with excel like i show

When you are using effects from FX1, then beat up/down work for FX1. But when you are using effects from FX2, then beat up/down work for FX2. Usage of FX1 or FX2 you can see in Rekordbox top FX part. Rows in CSV: FX1-1BeatDown,FX1-1BeatDown,Button,944A,,,,,,,,,,,FX1-1 Effect beat down FX1-1BeatUp,FX1-1BeatUp,Button,944B,,,,,,,,,,,FX1-1 Effect beat up FX2-1BeatDown,FX2-1BeatDown,Button,954A,,,,,,,,,,,FX2-1 Effect beat down FX2-1BeatUp,FX2-1BeatUp,Button,954B,,,,,,,,,,,FX2-1 Effect beat up And the tricky part comes when you want to remap their shifted functions AUTO/TAP for changing the CFX to next/previous. You have to set it twice - for FX1 and also for FX2 so the changing of CFX work no matter of what FX you are just using. (When beat up/down is set in 4 rows, also auto/tap has to be in 4 rows.) And a tip at the end - set these only as MIDI IN.

I havent got a set to try but if they send midi signals over USB then it should work. Let me know how you get on

What version? Have you bought a license for it? You won’t be able to use that controller at all without license key

You're going to need to have a device connect for hardware unlock or a subscription.
