    Antes de invertir en este tipo de empresa que es “joven” y no mucha experiencia, podrias invertir a traves de un ETF o REIT que son más antiguos, más variedad y más seguros ante impagos

    Se pueden invertir a través de ETFs en inmobiliario, pero también a través de compañías como está que llevan operando desde hace más de 4 años

    Update from reinvest24, Metropolis project in Chisinau : "In this email, we are providing you all the details of the recovery process related with the borrower Metropolis City S.R.L., who is developing 3 projects in Metropolis district: Metropolis 4D development; Metropolis 4A development; Metropolis Business Apartments. This information was not provided earlier, due to the ongoing legal processes started by Metropolis City S.R.L. and our lawyers strictly recommended not to make details of the process public until some counteractions from their side were finalized and documents presented to the court. Legal actions taken by the borrower Metropolis City S.R.L.: In March the borrower changed the company's legal address, from the Moldova capital city Chisinau to a small town in Moldova - Bălti. Next day after the legal address was changed, the company applied for the expedited debt restructuring process in the local court of that small city. The debt restructuring is the process, where the company having cash flow issues comes into an agreement with lenders to renegotiate favorable or flexible terms to save themselves from bankruptcy. Legally initiation of such a process puts the calculation of interests of loans on hold and pauses all legal processes initiated against the company. The borrower started this process in March 2023. At the end of June and beginning of July 2023 multiple hearings in court were held, where all the creditors had to present and prove their claims for this company to be approved by the Administrator. 16 companies presented their claims during this process, at least 8 of those creditors have the same UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) as Metropolis City S.R.L. Our claim is the biggest presented claim and therefore should have a decisive vote on the restructuring process. The debt restructuring plan has to be accepted by voting, where the voting rights are shared based on the accepted claim size. The majority approves or declines the restructuring plans and schedules of repayments. While our investors are the owners of the biggest claim presented in this debt restructuring process, the Administrator handling this process did not give us the voting right, classifying the claim as “unaffected creditor”. This is usually done for the creditors, whose claims are being paid off right away, not on schedule or with any other changes to the presented claim. The restructuring plan also has a request from the court to remove the mortgage from the properties that are used as collaterals for our investors. It appears that the borrower has been working on those processes while being in negotiations with us and giving verbal and written confirmations to start paying the outstanding interest and late principal payments. Throughout the development of this situation the borrower has been following all our communication channels to get information about our next steps to counter those activities. Counteractions to represent and protect our investors capital: For the past 5 months we have been working together with lawyers in Moldova and Estonia to take legal actions against the borrower to recover investors' capital. The restructuring process initiated by the borrower has put those processes on hold. Over 5 court hearings were held during June and July in the courts of Moldova to represent and get our investors' claim approved against the Metropolis City S.R.L. The court has approved our investors' claim together with interest until 2023 March in the amount of 61mln LEI, and that we are the only creditor that has collaterals to secure the outstanding dept. Our lawyers have submitted over a dozen appeals to the court against the creditors that are affiliated to the borrower, as those companies did not provide any real evidence to support those claims besides confirmations of debt from both the debtor and the creditor. Therefore the court should have not approved those claims. The debt restructuring plan offer is to make payouts to the creditors with mortgage (Reinvest24 investors) according to the following schedule: 0% - 2023-2024; 30% - May 2024 - May 2025; 70% - May 2025 - May 2026"
