I had a Realtek Network driver that had failed. The way I got a 'new' Network driver was to follow the 'dropdown' instructions from my HP laptop to do a Factory reset on the malfunctioning driver. It might also do a reset for other functions but I didn't check that out. When I clicked 'yes' on all instructions my laptop - Windows 11 - did a dropdown to say it would shutdown in 5 mins. After 3 mins It post another note saying '2 mins to shutdown'. After 5 mins. my laptop shutdown and restarted. it only took another minute and my Network icon in the taskbar changed form 'not working' to its normal icon. Success. Saved me a heap of money for an expert to repair.
I was so confused with what was happening to my laptop. It did work, thank you!

Hi, if I look for the driver online (intel), it's only available for Windows 10 in 32-bit, and my computer is 64-bit. Is it risky for me to uninstall because of this?

You shouldn't need internet. You are re-installing a hardware device.
