From a purely hax perspective, he has them all it seems. Then again, the same can be said of any higher dimensional character compared to a lower one.

The author made him op for narrative and storytelling reasons. Reinhard being the strongest hero possible in the world of re:zero creates like 5 to 7 plotlines alone. Also, yeah, maybe for humor because that man has the divine protections of steaming, boiling and frying + potentially the divine protection of bedroom wiles(yes, it exists in canon).
