I don't remember my dream last night but i prefer that than remembering scary ones for almost a year now I've been having horrible scary dreams every single night and last night i wasn't woken up multiple times throughout the night due to having a nightmare,im definitely going to listen to this in the evenings as a routine after dinner when I'm starting to wind down for the night thank you so much xx
