I always listen to this before I go to sleep. I leave the music playing on my speaker (at a low volume) throughout the night. And when the morning comes, it's still playing as a way to wake me up. I have a real bad case of depression, anxiety and insomnia. I also have a hard time sleeping and I'm on meds for it unfortunately. But that and this music helps out in all areas. I love listening to Reiki music. So why not listen to something that can help you out? I'm also a big Japanese enthusiast and I also can't wait to visit Japan one-day. 🇯🇵🎶💤🛌🏻🌙

I’m actually trying this at work . In our locker rooms when no one is around. It makes you go through the work day stress free, and enables you to deal with the challenges of the day and the negativity that lingers constantly.

I absolutely love this. Its so dreamy. I think of a fairy pond of majic and endless bliss, sun rays, water fall sound, eternal youth and happyness. Sitting on a giant leaf on water.

Wonderful relaxing cleansing 🎶 music 🎶 All very calm, sedative & heart warming. I feel as though I am breathing out with a deep sigh of relief imaging myself on a beach 🌴 as the rolling waves creep upward tickling my toes saying hello!
