Thank you for the warning. I personally do not like singing bowls or tuning forks … or rattles in the videos. I usually am watching them falling asleep. The sounds of those things startle and stress me. 🙂

I really liked this video. I love the progression, using breathing relaxation and the candle. I don't think I am alone in enjoying ritual meditation. The ritual aspect focuses the attention and guides us into the process. I loved the Latin incantations. Took me back to my school days. Also, the background sounds, with thunder and rain. A beautiful piece of work.
