I can relate this to my self experience. Allergy in the body but haven't used any tarot card but started doing meditation with Hanuman chalisa. Suddenly Allergy was aggravated and eczema also on my thumb.

It help me to maintain my discipline life effortless and easy. So thankfull to chakra healing. Man I so tried to be disciplined, but as an hard core artist mentality it is.... And many more benifits I also feel. It is logical too, where I put my attention I put my energy, the QUESTION is whose energy, ans my minds energy, and if my mind has infinite power of energy y do not I give it to my body and others? Now there is a question if this body is Matter, now matter and energy are two different thing how this body consume raw energy, as water and oil does not mix? the ans is My body is Matter and this matter made from Energy, in this manner this is a energy body. That is y it works, but there is many complex science behind this. Trust me you can apply it also. But there is no as such thing that you have to chant one perticular mantra.. I know Reiki and i can safely say it can do no harm. I dont agree with him. In fact he is saying reiki causes psoriasis, but i think reiki may have reduced my psoriasis.

Yes reiki healing is best.

If the reiki attunement is authentic. And is handed over to the generation by "kram diksha". Healers can never face a negative impact of self. This guy is great but, in today's reiki trainings, due to the "marketing attitude" of reiki healers and no tapasya. Reiki healers are not aware of "kram diksha". So, true reiki, never create harm to a healer. Reiki means no harm.

@@bramani6908 there are 6 ways of Dikshas and initiations. Kriyavati, varnmayi, kalavati, vedhmayi, panchyatni and kram diksha. In Reiki healing science and Pranic healing science. Vedhmayi and kram diksha are followed. In Vedhmayi diksha, master works on chakra activation of students during initiation. In Kram diksha, Guru combines his or her energy with students. In this, guru and shishy must have a strong bond with each other. The combination of both, along with Reiki energy can never let any negativity penetrate in the healer's energy field.

@@shrigangaji9125 i have had reiki level one course because i wanted to self heal myself of thyroid. I was initiated by a guru. Don't know the type. But when a family friend came to know about this he said not to use reiki so i am not even healing myself and didn't practice atall. I don't know what's what but don't want to get more sick.

@ 31:00 in south india especially in kerala, people are not allowed to touch the idols and other stones placed around the temples. From small age itself kids are adviced on this topic. But in tamil nadu and andhra, i have seen the poojari's take money and allow us to go inside the chambers and touch the idols. We being from kerala, didn't do it, although they allowed. Even inside kerala temples, the eatable prasad is given quite away from the main place . But other souther states i have seen people sit inside the temples premises, eat prasad, even food they bring from home. This was very shocking to us.

Twin heart meditation can be done by anyone…no need to be a Pranic healer as I started with their online twin heart meditation that is at 6pm daily IST and then after few months learned Pranic healing levels till Psychotherapy and Soul…I am also a Reiki master and so can say both these healing techniques are based on same Universal Energy only the methods are different…one can get the online link after filling the form on Pranic Healing website
