I'm using it for 3-6 times today because I've had a clogged nose for 3 days now and I don't want that to become the terrible, awful, cruel and nasty sinus infection I went through for 6 weeks since late November last year. Have you checked for mold in the home/office/vehicle?

This was such a great help. Yesterday my mild cold felt worse and I was extremely stuffy. My nose was blocked and I had facial pain so nasty I felt like my teeth were hurting. I played this for a few times and the pain was almost gone. Now 24 hours later I have no pains and I'm able to breathe through my nose☺️

My sinuses are unclogging thanks

I've been dealing with allot sinus headaches and stress headaches lately. My doctor won't do anything which is the sad part. He referred me to a headache specialist. I have a feeling it's sinus pressure and sinus headaches. It's sad when you can't trust your own doctor anymore because you feel like they don't want to help. Or take you seriously. I've tried taking everything. Ibproufen, migraine medication that DR prescribed, had a bad reaction to it etc. Due to too much caffeine. I might need to find a new doctor but I've known him since I was in High School. "32" now. He mostly been seeing allot of women lately. So I haven't been able to see him and get the help I need. He doesn't tell me much stuff. Just gives me meds but has no problems helping mom out tho. Discussing stuff etc. Acting like he doesn't want to help. Anyone ever had that with their pdoc? Sorry. :(
