Im sorry i have anxiety n panic attacks, what do i do 😭😭😭 . I had a heart attack when i was 39 n im 42 now. When i get this anxiety n panic attacks it gets complicated cuz I think is my last day. I need all the help. Just today I had to pull off from the freeway n stay in my car for 3 hrs cuz it wasnt going away 😫. Im going to the doctor idk what to do 😓
