Hi, When watching the videos, you can keep your eyes open or closed. You can just relax in whatever position is most comfortable for you. If you are busy doing something, just minimize the video and do whatever you are doing in the same room where the video is being played. The energy will go to you as long as you are in the same space. Hope this helps.

I am shocked. I wasn't even paying attention, caught up in thoughts, and then about the 3 minute mark my left side begins buzzing away. By the 5 minute mark it has spread around to my right side and heavy in the crown. Amazing!

Hi! Thank you for your kind words!There is a way to do it from a distance. Place a picture of your father in front of the screen and place a Clear Quartz Crystal on top of it. The crystal will transmit energy to your father. If you wish to make it even stronger, place a large Clear Quartz over his picture and one in each of the cardinal directions. Hope this helps! About 3 minutes into the video, I had a HUGE sneeze followed by almost uncontrollable yawning. Lastly, my eyes began to water. I know from watching other Reiki videos all this was just a physical way for my body to release pent up energy. I was SO relaxed while watching this video that your voice at the end almost startled me! Thank you so much for that wonderful experience.

I was trying to recover from hypothermia for over 2 hours under blankets and in warm temperatures but I kept freezing. Listened to this and my temperature finally got higher, physically i didn't even change anything. Thank you soo much ❤

I have to thank you again, Lourdes, for creating these videos--especially the physical well-being videos...I had a particularly tough headache that was not going away with just a couple ibuprofen--so the reiki-for-headache video and this one combined did away with most of the pain. There's a couple twinges here and there around my eyes, so I might try the 3rd eye video, too.

I am well all the time

I had a heart attack 6 years ago, feeling good today but have to take daily medications. Sometimes I have arrythmias for a couple of hours. Hi Jeanette Cheshier, You are welcome. I am going to suggest getting Blue Fluorite for him and having it around him at all times. You may wish to get several so that you can alternate them. After using them (on him or next to him), place them in moonlight to clear so that they are ready to use the next day. Also try placing these numbers (writing them with your finger on his neck, 45 96 151. Ask Archangel Raphael and the Blessed Mother to channel their energy into him using those numbers. Visualize the numbers going into his aura, chakras, and meridians. Donna Eden has an Energy Medicine Kit, that may be good for you to learn. The energy exercises may be able to help him. Last,but not least, the next series of videos that I film will have one for the central nervous system that may also help him. Hope to get those done in July. Hope this helps. Blessings,

Can you do a reiki video to aid the doctors with diagnosis? I've been getting sicker and sicker over the past 6 months (maybe a year) and I keep encountering issues with the specialists only having appointments available in October-December or my symptoms hint at disorders that are very specialized and/or rare so then I get sent to the next level hospital up (in this case UPenn in Philly) . but guess what! They don't accept NJ Medicaid so then I have to deal with that! It's been a mess

I actually used for the first time yesterday saw a few of open the 3rd eye and unblock the 3rd eye and to be more intune with psychic abilities. After not dreaming in a week or 2 I actually had a dream and could remember all of it. I feel it was an answer to my manifestations and all. Surprisingly it works fast!
