I come from generations of difficult mother/daughter relationships. I am about to live with my aging mother. The thought makes me numb. It has always been a reversed situation, I've been her parent as long as I remember. She has adhd and borderline personality. I am an avoidant, peace keeper. Need all the reiki support I can get.

Is this for if you had a very bad mother to wipe away her negative energy I have a narrassist mother who is horrible. She was just having one of her crazy moments she is leaving but I hope this video came up in time she told my kids your trash mother my kids know she is not right and I know it's horrible to talk about your mom but mines awful. How does this work? Does this better the relationship? Or does this help to clear the bond altogether if a better relationship it’s no longer possible? (e.g: a narcissistic mother etc.)
