This Reiki session is meant to call your energy back to you, cleanse your energy field, release any blockages and/or stagnant energy affecting you at this time, and raise your frequency. This Reiki session is a powerful one; I would recommend following up with either Reiki for deep grounding ( • Reiki for deep grounding ), Reiki for the Root Chakra ( • Reiki for the Root Chakra , or the grounding exercise of your choice. Depending on your current state of being and sensitivity to energy, it can take several minutes before you start to notice any effects.
