As a woman, feminine reiki energy is what I usually gravitate towards, however, there is something extremely comforting about the masculine energy as well. It's hard to explain this subtle difference, but somehow masculine energy is more protective to me and feminine is more empowering. This is in no way to disempower the masculine or say that women aren't protective but that's how the energy sits with me personally. 🙏 Edit: A thought came to me after I shed a tear. We are so isolated in this modern world, it's harming our health. So many personal attention videos because we are starved for attention. I'm trying to accept this reality without it being so sad. Sorry for the heavy energy I just had to share. I hope we can all find someone who can do these sessions for us in person so we get even more serotonin and oxytocin ❤

Yes indeed, male and female energy is passed with the reiki as is some part of the healers personalist and care. Reiki in person is much better as there is contact and care. I hope you can find somebody good locally for you :)

Ive been coming to this channel now every night for over a month to help ease my stress and help my insomnia, and every time these videos work like a charm. Neil isn't just good at what he does, he's an artist. Hands down one of the best relaxation and asmr artists out there. This man should have ten times the amount of subs he currently has.

I would love more of these types of videos! I love the asmr sounds with the hair stroking. I find I struggle to find enough guided reiki videos with sufficient asmr sounds for me to sleep to as I put my screen down

I admit there are some videos I can't watch because the background music is just a bit too loud or high pitched (can't stand high pitched bird chirping) but this video, it will be added to my favourites. Relaxing as usual, Neil. It's very easy to fall asleep to your videos, which is good for someone like me, who has a hard time doing so unless I make myself tired, although perhaps I should learn to recharge my *wireless* earbuds so I don't end up tangled in my own earbuds when I wake up...
