For the infused oils, refrigerate and use it within 2 months. For the other oils that are cooked, use as much you’d need for 3-4 weeks. -Team Glamrs

@@sarvani-immadi extra virgin or cold pressed are always the best options..(retains most of the nutrients from oil). Refined products are never good.. refined flour(maida), refined sugar (white sugar), refined salt (white salt [pink Himalayan salt are healthier]).

Hey Sarita, - Giving your hair a vinegar rinse can help to prevent it from getting dry and brittle. Apple cider vinegar is a good option since it lowers the hair’s pH and contains hair-healthy vitamins, such as vitamins B and C. - Add some alum. - Use a clarifying shampoo. - Olive oil. - Use a shower filter. - Use more of leave-in conditioner.
