Like how Ruby knew Henry's favorite order. The whole darned town loves that kid. But notice how the whole room goes dead silent when Regina sees him. I think it's a mixture of sympathy and fear.

Banditry is essentially thieving. If you are familiar with the story of Robin Hood, he was a bandit who stole from the rich and gave to the poor. Snow was referring to her time in the Enchanted Forest when she was on the run from the Queen and before she met Charming.
