Big Up Coach Grim You did your Best Jamaicans needs to support their National team better, nothing worse than playing international football and no Fans there, everybody home being a computer coach. We can't even sell out our own national stadium to support our Boyz. Shame on us! I never seen jamaica press like they did when they played 2nd half against Ecuador.

Thanks for your service Coach and wishing you the best. I had the same discussion with friends recently regarding the lack of support for our team in the stadiums we play compared to those of our opponents. In 1998, after we qualified for the WC, I was surprised at the number of folks who became "Reggae Boyz supporters." We need this support anytime they play, not just when they are doing well. Bless Up mi team. Keep your heads up. Blessed Love.

One of the most important part of the interview is he mention the environment as a main reason why he decided to step down the jff unprofessional organisation the drama everything was just not good and even after all those negative he still show love and professionalism towards jamaica, the jff is the problem they need to step down also this coach was promising look at all the things the coach came in and did all that basic data that should of been available wasn't there he had to.come and creat all tgat but yet jff was able to fk.up they should of kept this man at all cause this trash federation isnt going any where

Jamaica is not no underdog team. But bringing an European is a plus but depending on the individual abilities of players would get you deep in a competition where teams like Argentina, Brazil and Columbia play on high frequency. Meaning playing on second bounce, attacking first post, playing between the lines and diagonal lanes and overall having a philosophy that incorporate the modern era of football.

A true professional but unfortunately not a good coach. Tactically and technically inept. The major problem as it continues to be this shit show federation. Why is the Jamaican media not calling for the resignation of Michael Rickets? What powers does this man and his conglomerates possess why they’re allowed to ride freely? Government cannot get involved as FIFA will suspend the country from its competitions but I truly think they can call upon FIFA to audit the program as i believe this federation has not only been terrible in its selections but has mishandled funds. The resignation of the JFF leader must be the number one priority. We’re all frustrated and tired of this embarrassment.

Just the mere fact that data analytics was fist started by HH tells u all u need to know. Does tappa look like a data analytics guy? Some ppl really don't get how hard being an international coach is. Limited time with players and having to crunch those analytics, to help make the right decision. Sounds like he left Jamaica with a nice portfolio. Whoever comes in cyaa be idiot.

He did make a difference. Maybe not 100% on the pictch but definitely off the pitch. He had an influence on how the JPL is run and as he said he has developed a portfolio of players that’s wasn’t an available before. Finally he brought a touch of professionalism to the team. As football fan looking from the outside with some very high unrealistic expectations in short space of time facts are that fans won’t be able to understand these changes as fans only focus on results but not growth and growth is what Contributes to good results overtime.
