I love regencies. Favorites are Georgette Heyer, Amanda Quick, and quite a few Pride and Prejudice variation writers. Guilty pleasure is Barbara Cartland.

How frustrating for you that they don't have all the titles available - I'd be annoyed! I'd definitely recommend Sarah MacLean - if you've yet to read her, try some and let me know! Thanks for watching :-)

I don't think I've ever read a Regency Romance book before but you've got me intrigued; I might have to give one a try!

I started in 1975 and I do not look back. I still reading. You will like it.
Georgette Heyer is the absolute best, completely unsurpassed regency author. I have them all and I've re-read my favourites (Cotillion, Frederica and The Talisman-Ring) a gazillion times. I prefer regency books that aren't bodice-rippers. Although I do enjoy Laura Kinsale's books, even though they have some sex in them. I also recommend Kate Morrell. Her books are very well researched with no glaring anachronisms.
