Good morning Dee and Jay. Unexpected sea day adventures with some work. ( I love sea days). Many year's ago I was picked to fill the champagne tower. It was so fun! Thanks for taking me along on all your adventures.

Thanks for sharing your British Isles adventure! I have wanted to do this trip for a while and to be honest now I am not sure I am going to do it. I am not sure what I find not so appealing about it anymore but I will think about it.

Guernsey is where Victor Hugo was Exilled from France. Not sure If He wrote Les Mis there or was excilled because He wrote Les Mis. There is a museum dedicated to him. Never been but would love to.

For us, sea days turn into work days many times, so we focus on food and evening entertainment, but there’s definitely more going on during the daytime hours!! :P

@@parodeejay LMAO. Of course. I have 104 Princess cruises, and know it well. It just seemed to me that you were concentrating too much on food. Have a great cruise, but don't eat too much. It is far too easy to gain 1 pound per day on a cruise. 20 days = 20 pounds.

Surprisingly, after this total 81-day trip, our weight variance was only two pounds max. Guess we did something right!! :P

On the cruises we've done, it was booked like a shore excursion. The way the bags are handled varies, depending on customs inspections.

I’m kinda sad to see this series come to an end. I had been looking forward to it most of your 80 day trip. It really was great seeing the British Isles with you. Thanks for sharing

We went to the food demonstration in 2019 on carribbean princess. It turned out to basically a food fight. They were throwing pasta all over to the point that i felt bad for the person that had to clean it all.

Thank you so much for sharing your cruise. We had this booked for 2020 but it was canceled due to Covid😢. From any of the ports is it possible to get to Loch Ness?

If you find an itinerary with Invergordon/Inverness on it, you should be able to visit Loch Ness. We didn’t have it on ours!!

Hey. Enjoying this series. Question....how long did the bus from the ship to heathrow take the last day and what time did you get there. Trying to plan a flight back to the states for debarkation day. Thank you in advance for your answer.

Thankee! It's right at an hour from Southampton to Heathrow, given good traffic conditions. Depending on what time your specific sailing offers the transfer services, you should be able to plot your flight times accordingly!! :D

Do they have the strawberry soup? My husband loved that stuff and it has been discontinued on RC and it was not on celebrity.
