This Persian local bakery has been in Dubai here for over 45 years!
They specialize in Regag bread which is super thin, similar to a crepe. It’s crispy and light and you can add different fillings, this is one of their combos.
You watch them make it right infront of you which is an experience itself.
The name is Walid Mohammad Bakhit Bakery in Jumeirah 1 Dubai . You can Google them as they don’t have an IG.

Na Iske ingredients bilkul different hote hai . Not at all similar to dosa. They are called JIANBING in China .. very old traditional breakfast item .

Gloves are often less sanitary for food preparation than clean hands. People don't swap them out as often as they should, but they'll wash their hands in between stages.

I am a south Indian myself and have had the chance to eat a Chinese JIANBING , Emrati Regag ( as in the video) and a French crepe and all three taste very different. The Regag and JIANBING being very similar in the way they are made and consistency.

@@MKS.GODFATHER crepe batter is made from maida or wheat flour , egg , sugar and milk /water . Dosa batter is made of rice and pulses. They are also prefermented before being cooked unlike the crepe batter. They just look similar. Nothing else.

In India we call it dosa, and it's one of the most famous breakfast meal, but we don't put that many ingredients on top of it, some eat it plain, some eat it with potato and some with cheese...
