really great to see big companies refurbishing old equipment. This keeps production alive but does not mean producing low quality goods for production's sake. Which then have to go to the landfill every 2-5 years because you need to fuel your production. This concept by Jungheinreich is a really good, environmentally friendly way of doing things

So mounting the belt on the right has the advantage that - should the belt be worn out after some time and not retract that smoothly - you get not entangled with a halfway retracted belt while getting out the lift in a hurry. I do not know if that's the official reason, but thats why I actually liked the position

I've no clue which one was in the video, but i know 3M makes one. Dynatron cranker dispenser. If you want something reliable and basic, no fuss no muss, that's one. Basically a much bigger caulk g*n. Obviously, the sky goes up from there, also from 3M you have Dynatron 106 which is the pneumatic variant.

@@Stasiek_Zabojca when the engine is fucked there isnt much you can do since a new crankshaft, rod and piston set would cost more than the engine. also they its getting old EVERYTHING on it is getting to its end-life too.

De oude Heftrut is leuk op te voeren. Gaat heel snel en makkelijk. Als je links naast de truck staat en je bekijkt de motor . Dan zie je links van het blok een messing dop met een stelschroef er in. Dat is verzegeld maar kan altijd open . Dat is de motor toeren begrenzer. Draai die stelschroef eens naar binnen en hij gaat een stuk harder.

Dacht al he de roze heftruck refurbishen maar hij bedoelde hun nieuwe heftruck!

Nou, en wie gaat er de eerste kras op rijden? Is bij ons ook altijd de vraag... Meestal zit op het contra gewicht de eerste schram..

Goed om te zien dat ze een keurige BMWT-Keur sticker op de heftruck plakken. Dan weet de klant dat de machine gekeurd is en wanneer hij weer gekeurd moet worden :-)

Dat geel doet wel pijn in de ogen....kan dat niet anders.... .....ergens vind ik het toch wel jammer dat de heftrut weg moest....immers ziet die echt enig uit en ik zal het geluid wel missen hoor....

Bijzonder om te zien, wist niet dat ze ook heftruck refurbishen... Zie ik nu goed dat je van een 4 wieler naar 3 wieler bent gegaan? Heb je nog wel dezelfde hefmogelijkheden qua gewicht (staat mij ergens bij dat een 3 wieler altijd minder kan dan een 4 wieler?)

ik weet niet of je minder kan tillen omdat dat eerder aan het contra gewicht ligt. Maar ik kan me voorstellen dat je goed moet kijken naar je zwaartepunt als je 3 wielen hebt. De heftrucks met 3 wielen zijn meestal een een stuk wendbaarder. dat is juist handig in kleine ruimtes

As long as you keep the batteries happy, these last eons. I've the ancient variant (Clark CEM 16 made circa 1999) with a refurbished (twice) battery pack, and it just keeps on going. Electric is superior. And if you're not afraid to hack around, you can modify a lot of the behavior and customize them to your needs (from an already customizeable platform). With the exception of the brake shoes, the brake fluid, and a set of new wheels, this is as it left the factory in some quaint German vile.

Mooie heftruck en hoewel ik dit zeker een mooie kleur vind voor een heftruck, vind ik de Heftrut mooier.

It had a couple of scratches so they filled the scratches and repainted it. Why??? It's an industrial equipment not a car. It will get the same scratches again in the first week of work.

Cosmetic appearance is very important for resale value. Just like they cleaned the interior-was it absolutely necessary? No, but it helps signify that you are getting an as-new machine.
