It is beautifully done.
The last time you cleaned your fridge, I was inspired to do it as well, and discovered that it was my least favorite chore :D I decided to get fabric liners and that has changed the game! Now my fridge clean out consists of only wiping the door shelves and removing expired/old food, and occasionally changing the liners. But, I have been encouraged to pay more attention to my fridge's upkeep, and that has been the most important thing.

I know. It’s such a tedious task. For me the worst is what to do with the leftovers! Using mats is a great idea!! ❤️
Good job🇰🇪
Raveena, you are amazing!! I can't believe how much food you prep and how beautifully you store the food!!! I am going to watch this video a few times and try to learn and put into practice how you process all your food. I am just in awe how you are able to accomplish all this!! It would take me days to do what you did in this video! I need to learn all these processes as my diet is horrible, and maybe doing what you just taught us would help me change my diet. Thank you, Reveena! I really needed to see this video! !

Jordar is the word in Hindi ,fantastic,,a very nice addition to the already existing fridge organiser videos made by you earlier This one inspires me to attack my disordered fridge ,as I was sleeping over organising it for quite some time ,the slightly disordered health due to dual seasons here in India we were rendered fagged out and lethargic ,your video is adding zing to the plan of attacking the cleaning and reorganization of the messy fridge ,thankyou for the inspiration

I am inspired to tackle the refrigerator. Just watched your video. Now getting ready to go to dollar store, get some containers and clean out and organize. I have lot of little things, half lemon or half onion and etc. Little bits of food, like less than half cup of stuff that take up so much shelf space. What do you do with all that?
@RaveenaAtHome

Get a small bowl and put the itsi bitsy pieces inside. Easy to store and you can always check that bowl for leftovers before cutting into a new piece. But store onions and garlic separately in an airtight container. Some people say Storing half an onion is unhealthy so try to use it by the next meal. So glad to have motivated you. ❤️
Those onions container are👌am from Kenya🇰🇪

Hi Anjali. Thank you so much. No. Acrylic freeze proof and airtight. I can’t manage cold and heavy containers. Too old for that. So, over the years, I have changed to acrylic. It works for me 😊
Thank you,I needed this cooking tips,I love to eat prawns but not a fan of cleaning them.

Beautiful and full of love for your family. I got some good ideas. I have really good fresh produce containers for the plants and root crops that I get and in some go cut up and ready to eat and some just go in until time to use. However, I did go to Amazon for the herb keepers and spring onions too and ordered those because they are an issue when you lay them down in the other product containers. Was that a little ceramic egg container for your hard boiled eggs - that is perfect for me. I hard boil 6/week - after a week, they go bad. I have 14 eggs in a container and want to look and see if your bigger one would work better HMMMM????? I have my own hens - so different situation I think Tomatoes from ones garden should be left out until completely ripe on the counter, but store bought has been refrigerated, so I would keep them that way You have beautiful containers with good visual to see what you have. This is the veggie containers I use Komax Biokips Fridge Storage Containers - Airtight Fridge Organizers and Storage Clear Containers w/Dripping Tray - Meat, Veggie, or Fruit Storage Containers for Fridge (2-Pack, 118 oz) They are better for a bigger family, but I just subdivide the different veggies into one for a quick bite. Namaste

Hi my friend! I love your comments. You pick up on the little things I want to share. The egg storage is ceramic. 6 hard boiled eggs last about 4 days, so no issues there. I find the herb containers useful but unless you change the water regularly, it doesn’t last. So, I have to do that every second day. No, no hens here but I did have James and Janet, a rooster and hen as a kid. I remember how excited I was to see the first egg. Stay in touch!

@@RaveenaAtHome Sounds like you got a good lesson as a child about where eggs come from 🙂I found the ceramic egg holder on Amazon also and it would be great in the drawer in my refrigerator where they just roll around now. Sounds like my system of wrapping the bottom of the parsley bunch with a damp paper towel and storing in the produce container might be the best idea??? Will see, but still like it for spring onions - they do not lay down well.
Nice video on organising Fridge... Love your content 💕 But cutting veggies in so advance will lose its nutrients although it's very convenient. Isnt it?
@RaveenaAtHome
Жыл бұрын
Hi & Thank you Geeta. Cutting veggies and storing for 3-4 days is fine but definitely not for too long. As for the loss of nutrients, certain vitamins do dissipate after a vegetable is cut -- those that are carried by water, like vitamin C, rather than fat, like vitamin D. But the amount of loss is determined by the storage temperature and the length of time the food remains exposed to the air. Therefore, since these are stored in the fridge, the loss of nutrients in minimal. However, veggies like tomatoes should not be precut.
