This comment I came across is truth..... Otherwise sound believers just unhitch this time of year. They just hang the Solas in the closet and shack up with Rome. And no one seems to care a wit. People who diligently search the Scriptures, carefully define the Greek and Hebrew and painstakingly explain the grammar. These same people throw around “merry Christmass” like it’s nothing. That phrase of words has meaning. That meaning is blasphemous. And they think nothing of it! Furthermore, they Reformers they love to quote. Would never have tolerated their seasonal apostasy.
