Doubt, your numbers are entirely accurate. The liberal dem party incumbent who kept their seats are not just winning more votes. They are merely maintaining their status as the third largest party in Britain. Are you seriously wanting the reform party to win??? They are a joke. 😂

Because fptp means a spread out voter base cannot win seats - the Lib Dem’s have an efficient localised election machine that bolsters grassroots movements to maximise specific places they could feasibly win. In contrast, with a couple exceptions, Reform U.K. is a lot more spread out and national in its campaigning and messaging, as UKIP was before it.

Heck, he didn’t even turn it into a big or massive public protest against EU regulations or whatever, he literally just didn’t turn up. Took the job from some other hard working British citizen that would have tried to make a difference at least, and not use it as an ego stroke. “I’ve been promoted to head of marketing! Yes because the EU parliament basically has no power. It can’t propose new legislation, only vote on legislation passed down by the EU Commission. And at the time the euro sceptic bloc was too small to influence any votes. So why would he bother?

The man’s entire campaign is nostalgia. For goodness sake, he was up and down calling 65+ year old women his “Brexit babes” Seriously, beyond “we used to be this” he’s got no real plan to get there, just that he wants to be there. I’m hardly saying the other politicians are GOOD, but for feck sakes, the reason we stopped being what we used to be is because it STOPPED WORKING. Trying to be the UK of 40-50 years ago in this era will give us nothing, he’s LITERALLY trying to set us on the past. Can’t get fish and chips for £3 anymore mate, and you can’t afford a house on a single low income job by just not eating takeaways. It’s several decades on, him and his voters need to understand that.

If he was 1% as concerned with the cost of living crisis as he was with “restoring former glory” (by which he means imperialism and a brutal colonial empire) he would just not run and let actual competent politicians take it from here while he enjoys his big MEP pension. But no, he has to fuel his ego and leech of the British public with every shred of dignity he has left 🙄 He’s a pathetic, weak old man who’s caused more harm to Britain than the English civil war. We can only count our lucky stars that he’s relegated to the role of tiny, albeit loud, pest on the British political system.

🤖 Nigel Farage does not have German citizenship. The search results do not provide any evidence that Farage himself has obtained German citizenship. However, there are some related facts about Farage's family and German connections: *1.* Two of Farage's children have both British and German passports, due to their mother being German. This allows them to benefit from EU freedom of movement rights post-Brexit. *2.* Farage's wife, Kirsten Mehr, is German. They have since separated, as reported in 2017. *3.* There were rumors and speculation in 2016 that Farage had applied for German citizenship, but these claims were denied by sources close to Farage. When asked directly about visiting the German embassy, Farage reportedly responded, "none of your business" and hung up the phone. *4.* A controversial report claimed Farage applied for a German passport the day after the 2016 EU referendum, but this information has not been independently verified. It's important to note that Farage has not publicly confirmed having German citizenship himself, and there is no concrete evidence to support such a claim. The focus has primarily been on his children's dual citizenship status. 🧠 _Perplexity AI_
