More than simply restoring an old tool, you have created something new and beautiful. Well done!

Tohle by se dalo vyrobit z nového železa a nebylo by třeba ničit historický nález.
we love it when craftsmen take something old and make it better than new.
That is an amazing transformation. You turned from scrap metal to a family heirloom, amazingly done sir
Incredible work taking that old rusty axe head and reforging it into a completely new tomahawk
No joking, no bullshit, no buttkissing, 100% honesty... in my opinion you (and the Northmen) are the best craftsman i ever saw. Your work is perfection, is art, no other comments. Ps: can you, please, add some text somewhere in the video with some description, chemicals, heating time, etc...? Sorry for my english.
Dude that is one hell of a makover! Love the work and fine touches in there. The filed line on the "hammer side looks classy.

I tried very hard =)
It turned out really cool
Absolutely beautiful love it !
Beautiful hatchet, you are the best! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
That's awesome! Love the look of the head.
To be honest, its a nice looking hatchet
Perfect work, man!
This is awesome. Love the old tools restoration
Получился красивый сувенир. А был древний инструмент...
Rlly love the way you structure your vids, keep it up
From something old to something new amazing transformation
another beautiful work of art. It would be nice if you could put a subtitle on when you are doing different processes or using different special tools so we could know what the are, such as the liquid bath you used on the blade after forging.
This is a work of art. My forge has the ceramic insulation but honestly I like the straight brick better.
Ty for not calling a reforging an “impossible restoration!!!” Like other youtubers, you do good and honest work here koss

I agree, reforging and restoration are two different things, this was a beautiful piece of work
That is a nice beauty. There is a acheological find from Lviv in Ukraine that look nearly the same.
Cool little tomahawk! I wouldve given it a longer handle, love the way the axe head looks!
Beautiful work👍👍👍
It's so crazy to see how incredibly ingenious this guy is! He's like the McGuyver of blacksmithing! Give him 1000 screws, some tools, and some time...he'll give you an intricately detailed Damascus blade for a knife, axe, or sword!!!
Nicely done! Did anyone else initially think that the solution ate the fingers of his gloves?
Most excellent. Cheers.
Well done. I especially loved how you slightly singed the handle with a torch. It came out looking awesome. I may have to incorporate that into some of my future projects
Very good friend, beautiful work!
Amazing!
Much prefer the art of reforging when it comes to overly rusted tools. Nicely done!
Watching this on 2x is so fun
Omg that's stunning. Top job :-)
That turned out so well! You really do great work!
great job. really good restoration
Неплохой топор!! Отличный!! Красивый. Но , всё же, я бы не стал делать топорище из хвойных пород. Здесь подойдёт, или вяз, или орешник. Самое то! Лайк!
Fully of craftmanship. Thump up from Thailand.
Thank you I really enjoyed this video. You would need to link to a fairly substantial booklet explaining all the stages, tools, used etc. right down to the chemicals and mask used. I wish this sort of thing was a common hobby. Again thank you.
Irmão você é um artista, belíssimo trabalho, parabéns.
Brilliant job ! Have had good results after handle cured rubbing in bees wax
Estupendo trabajo, quedo genial, un saludo
awesome tomahawk
Fun build! Thanks for sharing!

I love the shape. It’s got a lovely style and it’s neat and clean. Only difference I’d make would be to add a wedge and then it’d be perfect. Well done
Really nice work. Never seen that type of restoration before.
I like the work. I found old tools i guess about 80 years old and rusted. I used grinders and remade wooden handle But i painted the tool red
Good work 👍🏻👍🏻
Koss thats completely amazing. Youre an expert craftsman !!! It would be great for home defense.

I don’t see it being a very good home defense weapon as you need a large area to properly use an axe in a defensive manor, and if you wanted to throw it, what are the chances of it missing and then what? You don’t have anything to defend yourself
@aitf99
4 жыл бұрын
@@brandonwilliams8003 of course you have to have a clue about how to use a weapon. You would also have to put down your purse to use it - so home defense duties probably arent a good idea for you. You really think an axe in the skull wouldnt stop a break in? What kind of an idiot would throw and axe in a defensive situation?
@brandonwilliams8003

aitf99 ok clearly you can’t read because if you could you would have noted that I said “IF” you wanted to throw it, and also I praise you for the amount of balls it would take you to challenge me on the topic of defense, so go ahead and learn to read, then maybe come back and take me on👍🏻🖕🏻

I love what you made out of that rusty piece.
You sir are a true artist
Nicely done.
Love it!
Una pieza inservible a una totalmente nueva . Un hermoso trabajo.
It looks very handy. 👌
Super cool. I'd never seen that done before. I slowed it down to 0.25 speed to watch it all.
"ah Koss or some say, Kosm... do you hear our prayers? As you once did for the vacuous Rom... grant us eyes... GRANT US EYES." lmao I always think of Bloodborne when I read the name.
Big fan of your work! Great video's keep up the good work
stunning. from being unused, abandoned, sold to be bought by an artist and reinvented into a work of art. Really Nice Work
Very nicely done! I am envious of your skills.
Thanx! I want it!
Amazing
Good job 👍
Legal seu trabalho! Está várias máquinas e ferramentas novas... Seria mais interessante restaurar e manter a peça antiga. Essa nova que idealizou, poderia ter feito do zero.
Beautiful work! Great video!
Wow! Very nice work
Très beau travail, j'aime beaucoup cette hachette.
Qué hermoso te quedò..felicidades
Cool little hatchet!
Great work considering how it looked before. You gave it a new life. Well done sir. How bout a test throw?
That is the sickest hatchet I've seen
It was so bright to look at even on the screen. I hope you had eye protection! Great work!
Hi, lovely piece of work mate 👍.
Hello and excellent work.but what kind of liquid are the brown at the end, and which are the process to make the metal to not rust?
Outstanding job ! 😀😎
Very nice. Awesome job
Love the final finish on the blade. Was that an acid bath that took it from shiny polished to dark? Worked really well.

Very nice 👍!
I freakin love this thing
I’m impressed, trash to treasure!
Great job I like it bro
Incredible job, I was wondering where you got your larger anvil, as mine has mushroomed and cracked past the point of no return
@sirblocketh
4 жыл бұрын
possible fix-- get a fab shop to make you a steel plate the size and shape of the face of your anvil, say 1" thick, and have it welded on--- you would want to bevel the edges of both the plate and the anvil face so that you could build up the wield and that would take care of the mushrooming
Awesome informational educational video experience Y'alls
Well done beautiful and creative work
You deserve 100 million subs❤
Very cool Koss
Reforged in fire champ!
That’s a old axe head reforged into a Native American tomahawk and you sir did one hell of a job it looks brand spankin new
Nice!
Nicely done. 👍🏻👍🏻
Awesome, man!
Was there a purpose for the noticeable curve you left in the axe?
So pretty..
Amazing skills!
Здорово получилось. Было очень интересно посмотреть, что же получится. Зачёт.
