I was forced by my narcissistic ex to abort my precious angel boy and after taking the pills and bleeding for a couple of hours I dropped to the floor and begged Abba for my beautiful child. I prayed this prayer during a relationship with a girl. I felt anxiety throughout the relationship and kept playing this song every night. 2 weeks later the girl ended the relationship, leaving me broken and confused. I then ran to drugs, pornography, and success to fill the void. None of it worked and then quarantine hit. And when quarantine hit it helped realize that I was building my life on falling sand, so I finally gave my life to God. Fast forward to now, I can listen to this song and look back on that time when I was praying for God to put me in the fire, GOD IS SO GOOD. I'm praying the same prayer now but this time I'm living for God and wanting Him to use me to impact people for His kingdom.

That’s truly a beautiful thing God did for you. I’m so happy you’ve reached a point in you’re life where you’re happy and know that God loves you to no end. I went through a bit of the same situation a few years ago, and we are tempted with our past every day, but Jesus is ALWAYS there which is a truly amazing thing to have which shows us that what we “lost” in the toxic people of our past we gained in an everlasting love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. i was broken hurt and bruised. a boy with a broken identity, who believed he was born homosexual. the deeper the lust and the sexual encounters, the emptier i felt. Emptier and emptier. i had no joy nor peace in my life, i had a distorted view of what love is, and yet it did not satisfy me, deep down i knew that my lifestyle was wrong, but i was bound by chains and fetters, i started drinking, i started cutting myself to feel. my sexual encounters became more and more sick, and one evening, when i went with someone i never met and never knew, i hit rock bottom, i was so broken, i was so overwhelmed by the weight of my sinful life. i was sinking deep in sin, i was far from the Peaceful shore, but the Master of the Sea came and lifted me out of the pit of destruction. Jesus Christ was with me when i did the filthiest things, He was calling me back to Father everyday. One evening, the weight of my sin was so strong and weighed me down like a 1000 tons of cement, the Holy Spirit convicted me of the life i was living, homosexuality, alcoholism, lust, self-mutilation, self-centeredness, pride, lying... as I was feeling all of this, the Father manifested His LOVE, GRACE & MERCY to me through Jesus Christ. I never felt such love - He moved with such authority yet with such LOVE and COMPASSION. I knew that there is a GOD. Now saved am i, cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, i am dead to my sin and alive to God through Christ Jesus. Now my life is a declaration to the Messiah, HE is The Way, The Truth & The Life. I have tasted and seen that the Lord is good! Washed and cleansed by the precious Blood of my Jesus Christ! HALLELUJAH!!!!! Psalm 40:2-3 "He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet on a rock, and established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God; many will see it, and fear, and will trust in the Lord"

The main theme of this song is about God as our refiner’s fire. In blacksmithing, fire is often used to test and remove the impurities within metals. In the same way, God’s fire tries us and detaches error that causes us to become less than holy. He also changes our desires to align with His. We become attractive to those who wish to know God, yet, set apart from the world.

I surely will be praying 4 u. But it’s not only about prayer it is also about doing your part too. Read The Bible More Often and meditate on it. Study it. Ask God to Help you to understand and speak to you through scripture and in the same way ask Him to help apply scripture into your life. And Believe the more you believe the more your relationship will grow. It takes time but the more faith you have the more patiently you will wait for your relationship to grow. And also I suggest you to read your Bible when you wake before work,school or anything. And pray more often. Ask God to fill you with the Holy Ghost Fire. And Just pray and speak through you. Where I am right now anything to get me closer and living in his presence is all I need. He is strength and I want to be branded, purified, holy enough for my God because its all about him. It’s great that you love the songs. However, this is not for Allah, it’s for Yahweh. There is salvation in no other name than the name of Jesus. Once you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved.

I was listening to this song when I was on my knees, crying for my mom’s health. I was devastated because she has cancer and wasn’t doing well at all. God talked to me through this praise, and when I opened the Bible, it was Psalms 27. God confirmed that we should just wait on Him. We still need a miracle, but now we have faith and praise while we wait! My mom is a woman who follows our Lord’s words, and I ask you to pray for her health as well. Her name is Maria Juracy and she has a serious Lymphoma.

after battling depression and anxiety for almost 4 years now, nothing has worked. no medication, no therapy, nothing. as I came across this song i’ve never felt so alive. I haven’t felt this happiness in so long. true happiness, only, comes from our Lord Jesus Christ. and i’m proud to say I’ve given my life to him. :)

yikes. this song HURTS. to sing it in spirit and in truth takes true courage because sanctification is not a breezy process. I think I am in a purifying season and it has been the most painful of my life, the most full of tears and confusion and brokenness, but the also the most rewarding and sweet and intimate with Him. the refining is tough.... but I am convinced that it is well worth it. bless you, friends

It is sad ..when we were all made in the image of God. God is calling us all to a great life..but the enemy keeps eroding it. Wise will be those who have God word..the fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom.. We love the enemy lies too much and we will get the enemy life ..if we don't turn to God word.. The culture everywhere is wrong..it is a cult it opposes God..and guess what culture cannot brings us back when we fall asleep..why should we follow it now when we are alive..God is the way through Jesus..

I'm one who chose a different path in life, I was consumed by darkness, i got lost in my sin. Made many mistakes and seen the inside of many walls. God is real. I made it out, I found the refiner ❤ this song just helped me in more ways than can ever be imagined. Thank you for this soul saving song. Thank you I needed to see this ! It was hard for me to accept. I had wanted to please people and was scared to be alone. But Father God says I’m not alone. He knows the pain and He will help me to endure. To just Trust in Him. We need Him and His promise is that He will never leave.
