love skylights..windows..but with a bit of tint on glass..may be like a twilight shade..and we could add kitchen...bath..toilet..are they all electric? just add kitchen .it's what we going to do .slide opening full doors is good. so canapy could be done with opening doors..or slide doors..and just for the porch roof to be Mitch bigger. I also would like the stepping Stones.. and in still worryed about ground insolation. it's soft grass ground..

No bathroom in this project as is was quite complex, and we couldn’t justify the cost. It’s close enough to the house not to be a compromise for this client 😁

ok keep in touch with this one..just would like it darker gray..Jim would be bed room.dont like the walls white..love the skylights..and a ladder so we can get on the roof..a bigger portch..on roof..and open plan kitchen..with cooker and grill..and what about insolation on ground..if it's being put on damp grass...I'm looking for lifetime..woul they sound tiny when u waulk around and the walls..?

This is exactly what I would be looking to build. You mentioned it required permitted development due to additional height. However, I take it you didn't need building regs, as the 2 internal areas are treated as separate buildings under 30sqm separated by the canopy?

Yes planning due to extra hight , but the canopy was fire rated to create a fire break between the 2 buildings. Give us a call if you wanted to discuss your project. 01444 247192

this is what I want to buy..just with door on canapie.and a portch roof that's that comes out more...with with side panels to block breeze and priveit to pull down shutters in some way..for chilling all weather's..I would like the wood affect to be inside also .and a black roof inside...not sure about those heaters...can u have an open fire place in this type of build..and u know I live in Dublin..so is it possible u can deliver..the goods..get ure guys over here...fast..

Love the canopy, how do you protect it against the elements?

Thank you, the Canopy is made from external materials so the structure itself has no issue. Then all the furniture, TV and Sonos is designed for external use. :)

How did you get planning permission with the length of these buildings. Is it because it's 2 seperate buildings. My understanding is that the maximum you can have is 30 square metres.

Yes its 2 separate buildings and the canopy is fire rated and or walls are far enough away to deem as 2 buildings.

my gosh.its what I'm looking for...with a few changes...why has the shed only got tenyear life span..I like the slightly slanted roof..and the inside walls are laminated are they?the outside structor..with patruding portch on roof.love the lobby Gap u have.and tinted windows...breathable and a split legal...inside I own the land so I don't know what I6 by meters..is that 16 feet? and in Ireland can I go higher..with height...and I'm nearly there...foundation has to be level..do u not have a contractor to do that for me...and we can do this..I want insolation sky lights open plan kitchen sitting area ground level..cladding around part of the garden house.or cabin..I'm worried about the materials u used on walls inside we could have a material that looks like wood...not white plastic..and stove fire.and if it's well breathable and insolated I would not need an electrict fire...also bigger in height for split level only.nothing to fancy and small.open barn.life time...thanks I'm seriously interested...but worried can we get the materials suitable in Ireland...insolated floor..garden space? not sure yet can u measure up.
