I don’t know why cover bands aren’t more respected. They do the same thing as big professional orchestras playing Beethoven, Bach, etc. and you will not hear a better version anywhere else than LLB. My fricking hero’s!

I just don't see how it can get any better than this! Someone please explain to me how one group of musicians can nail these classic songs with such perfection over and over again. I haven't found one song in their vast collection that disappoints in anyway. Your all superstars!
For the first time I heard the lyrics properly. A testament to high production standards.

Wow just wow!!! What an awesome performance. Just when you think LLB can’t get any better. What an amazing left handed player.
Adam Scott and Silent Bob make a great guitar team. 😋 Seriously, this was outstanding. Stephan absolutely killed that intro.
Absolutely Fantastic all the way around.
Group Standing Ovation!! Jessica killing Backing Vocals!! Thanks for Reelin in another Dan for us!!
Your Steely Dan covers are some of my favorites. I love seeing Jessica too, she always seems as though she's digging singing like it's the best part of her day!
You can bet Walter Becker is looking down from heaven loving this! Great job LLB 👏 👏👏👏
I’m not sure why watching a left handed guitarist always seems like an alternative reality. And once again Vandy, I’d like to put my vote in for a video with more of Jessica dancing! Of course her singing is absolutely incredible, but if anyone has missed the little snippets of her dancing to a song she seems to particularly like, they’ve really missed out. Her dancing just exudes a genuine happiness in her that makes you cheerful just to watch.
Best Steely Dan tribute I've heard. Brings back memories.

Just a delight to listen to. Playing Steely Dan is no small artistic feat, but y'all make it sound like it is your own. Well done!

I stumbled upon LLB several years ago now and have been truly blessed by their talent and the people they attract to perform with them, My Spotify is full of their songs
Man, I am running out of superlatives, what an awesome group of such talented artists, Graced with such gifts, and we are the recipients! Outstanding!
Holy hell the only way this could be better is if it were Steely Dan in their prime. Fkn excellent 🤘🏻
The guitar player during that last solo at about 4:20.....did anybody else get blown away by that line he played? The bass player sure liked it because he looked over and smiled at him afterwards and I never saw that bass player smile before. Lol. I mean every solo the guy played was amazing but that little piece right there at the tail end... wow it blows me away every time I hear it. He jammed all those tasty notes in there and didn't miss a beat..

That was beautiful, I love watching this video.
Absolutely fantastic!!🤩 We can all be grateful that after Becker and Fagan tried out several different guitarists for the solo, Elliott Randall finally showed up.

Love the dude playing the red guitar. He makes me think of a guy who's been practicing forever at home and then someone said come play with us and he just slays it while having a ton of fun doing it. Even the bass guy at one point looked over and smiled. :)
Randy is definitely in the zone with this one. When he drops the pick you know it’s a favorite of his.
The BASSIST is from another planet HE PLAYS WELL on ANY GENERE
There is never a weak link with LLB. You bring in new players and they fall right into the groove. This Is as good as the previous Steely Dan set, and that is a high compliment. Kudos to all!
Goosebumps commenced from the opening guitar riff and they burst when the harmonies kicked in.
Great musicians all around. That's a tough song to cover. They nailed it!
Amazing version - great mixing - you guys sound amazing AS ALWAYS - thanks so much!!!!!!
No words….brilliant!
A beautiful culmination of a few thousand hours of hard work and practice. Thanks musicians. Thanks for the attention to detail in all of your parts. Thanks Jessica and Benji for being so darn adorable. Every time I hear those big, multi part vox mix covers, I think Monday Monday, Creeque Alley, and California Dreamin'...🙂
LLB Rules!!! I was a little surprised this song was left out in the SD set from a few years ago but it was worth the wait. Fantastic job! Vandy your singing skills may be above your musician skills and that is really saying something! Jessica you make every song better when you're included.
Great cover of a great song!! I love you guys, you never stop surprising me.
Wow!Wow!Wow!
What a wonderful tribute to a real classic. Thanks, LLB!
Another fantastic toe tapping song performed by the BEST cover on KZread!!! Always good to see Jessica knocking out some kickass vocals!!!
Steely Dan were one of my all time favourite bands as a teenager and still are, their music has been acclaimed as technically difficult, you nailed it especially your guest guitarist in the cap albeit l have not seen him in any other appearances
"Wow" I'm jealous!!
Listening with goose bumps all over! Amazingly well done as always!!! Bravo.....!!!!!
Super talented musicians. Makes you have an even greater respect for those that created these tunes.

My favorite Steely Dan song, and one of the top guitar duets of all time! Well done, all! 👍👍
Great Job!! Love the Masters cap, Tucker! 🤟🥁🏌️♂️
Love the cover! So much attention to detail. Best part for me is the Gretsch and the Tele playing together.
Best cover of any song I have ever seen.
I've got chills. SPOT ON PERFECTION. I Closed my eyes and it was if Steely Dan were playing it. My favorite song that have ever done. Thank you.
Love this song. Once again you have produced a beautiful rendition. It sounds fresher than the original. The harmonizing guitars were always my favourite thing about the original and they sound great here. I love it. I'll listen again later today. Thank you all of you and particularly you 'Vandy. It's a big job putting it all together as you do.
Outstanding!!!!👍😃🎸
Some serious guitar playin...lurv it
Mighty damn fine snare sound and hittin'! Fab performance, y'all!
This is yet another great song played so well. I would love to hear the Lexington Lab Band play “Rikki Don’t Lose that Number” in the future. Steely Dan was so underrated and I think you guys would do it justice, as you do with all of your renditions. Thanks for posting these. It inspires me even though I’m 61 years old, to plug into my PA with my acoustic and play for hours and sing. Music, especially music from the 60s, 70s and 80s will always be the best overall. So much diversity from a time we should never forget.
Real music made by real musicians, sung by real vocalists!
Great job guys!!😎🙏♥️👍
I'm running out of adjectives to describe how brilliant you performed this very difficult song! Amazing!
one of the best guitar solos in music..and you guys sound like the original..bravo..
Great job. Bravo. Great background vocals
Great job on the drums sir....and the rest of the band also...can't forget jessica
Not nearly enough love shown to the mixing of this masterpiece. OMG so much care has been taken with the levels, the sounds, everything to make it exactly like the recording. Superb. Lead singer also seems underappreciated for that incredible effort. Gorgeous backup vocals, duelling guitars so well synchronized , bass and drums and keyboards all superb as well. I thought I had reached the pinnacle with Leonid and Friends but you are right up there. Great job all.
BRAVO 👏. Always a sincere pleasure to listen to you LLB!!
The greatest friend a song could have is LLB. Absolutely perfect, guys and gals. Don’t ever lose the love of music.
SD Fan for 50+ years. NEVER IMAGINED anyone could do a SD cover ANY kind of justice. Never been happier to be wrong. Outstanding!
