@PlasticExplosive123 Nah, they all have monitors. It's not real common, but the old school set-up had the bass back next to the drums because they were considered the "rythym section" of the band. As far as I know that's the actual replacement for Matt Wong.
@gta363 He is in the back so the drums and bass can get in perfect sync; they need to be together (the backbone of ANY band).

Well Matt Wong said in the DVD it was because he "fucking wants to" so Derrick has to fill his role, and it wouldn't feel right if he didn't stand there after having matt stand there for so many years.
