READ MY NANOFLEX V2 REVIEW: thatfitfriend.com/reebok-nano...
The Reebok Nanoflex V2 is the second model to debut in the popular Reebok Nanoflex cross-training shoe line.
I enjoyed the Reebok Nanoflex TR, so I was super excited to put the Reebok Nanoflex V2 to the test. I was curious if the Nanoflex V2 was notably better than the first Nanoflex model.
In my Reebok Nanoflex V2 review, I'll cover various topics to help you decide if this shoe is worth it for you.
0:00 Nanoflex V2 Pros
2:24 Nanoflex V2 Cons
3:59 Performance
7:05 Price
7:23 Who are these best for?
8:06 Nanoflex V2 Sizing
8:29 Weight, Drop, and Insole
9:06 Construction Breakdown
11:18 Final Thoughts
Overall, I'm a fan of the Reebok Nanoflex V2. This shoe's performance has been really well-rounded and I like the construction updates in this shoe.
Compared to the Reebok Nanoflex TR, I think the Nanoflex V2 has better versatility in the gym and has a more comfortable fit.
While I like this shoe's well-rounded performance, it's worth noting that it will have some limitations as get more niche with strength training and CrossFit workouts.

    Bought a pair of these when I first started CrossFit training last year. It’s unbelievable that they lasted me 150 CF sessions. I’m getting another pair as they finally broke down but so good for its price and how comfortable they are for daily wear. Surprisingly durable and manageable for lighter wods. I’d bring these on a business trip out of town while dropping in at local boxes.

  • @thatfitfriend

    @thatfitfriend

    All of them will work well. Nike Free Metcon 5 will be the most flexible and best for HIIT/circuit, Nanoflex TR 2 would be my next suggestion as it's a good jack of all trades for a good price, and Nano X3 is also solid but I'd list them last here.

    Hi Jake, been thinking about this for the past few weeks, but what model of Reebok is currently the closest in experience to the Nano 4? Can someone tell me the main differences between these and the nano x2 shoes? And which one has more stability for powerlifts?

  • @thatfitfriend

    @thatfitfriend

    Nano X2 will be a bit more stable throughout, but the differences are pretty negligible if you're more recreational with your lifting, IMO, especially if the price point is a concern for you!

    They'll be okay for recreational work, IMO. They'll feel a little thicker compared to Metcons, but they're good shoe if you can find them for a nice price point! They're not super flat regarding drop (7mm), but their outsole sits "flat" for what it is!

    i am at the point to order them, but i have a question about the heal height, most effective range is 0,5-1inch for squatting. do you know how much the nano’s are?

  • @thatfitfriend

    @thatfitfriend

    Жыл бұрын

    Quick note, that range to describe most effective is pretty arbitrary and what’s “most” effective should be individual and not dictated by what someone has written/says. For example, you have folks who squat just as well with a 0mm heel-to-toe drop (flat foot) versus those who using weightlifting shoes/more heel elevation. All individual, amigo! The drop of these shoes is 7mm.

    @@thatfitfriend thanks man! wasn’t specific enough with the 0,5-1, which was meant for myself, my ankle mobility is bad, resulting in me to squat too upright and being not stable, thats why i prefer squatting in 0,5-1 inch.
