hi my friend have tried the boot with the insert? what i would do is put a think band-aid or 2 back to back on your trouble spot and it should help. put a smooth baseball bat big end goes into the boot not the handle and put pressure on that trouble heels spot in your boot. meaning try to soften that are don’t ruin your boot but just work it with bat to soften that area. or return boots and try a 8D with the inset s. well that’s how i would handle it.
