Please help me can't find the watch on app

In my "Bluetooth settings", on my iPhone, it appears 2 Redmi watch devices connected, is it the same with you?

I only have one Redmi Watch. Try unpairing both of them and connecting them to your iPhone again. Maybe it's just a visual bug. Let me know if it can be fixed

This is completely normal from iOS 16 and current watch firmware. A Bluetooth connection for the watch and telephony and a Bluetooth connection for the media player.

Phone calls don’t show up on smartwatch. Can you help ?

You can try to create account on your PC for example, and then log in into Xiaomi App on iPhone. Let me know if it works

@@lil_josh5453 hey! The way i fixed it was i checked on what country the watch was made (its on the box) and set that as the region im in
