The IPS LCD screen on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 comes in at 6.21 inches, with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It’s a solid resolution for a phone in $200 range. Much of what makes the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 feel extra special is the completely new build and design. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is powered by octa-core processor and it comes with 6GB of RAM. The screen i bought diden´t work. Is there anyway to check that frame and lcd to see what the problem can be? Or is it just to throw away? :/ It is already expnsive as it is with shipment, extra payment at arival etc, so buying a new screen again is not an option. If so i would have payed more then half of the price of the phone and that´s not good.
Can we replace the LCD screen with an AMOLED screen?

Does replacing the screen fix the touch latency issue?
I tried to make a ticket request on the website but it gives me an error and tells me to try again later. I was wondering which screen I need to buy? you sell custom frame screens along with screens+frame and just screens. I don't know which one to purchase. I just need to replace a cracked screen. No damage to the frame to the or any other part of the phone. Just a crack on the LCD.

What is the plastic card (in point 4) for??? I bought a new display that hadn't such a card. It was cheap and broke immediately, by the way. I sent it back and bought another one and this HAS such a plastic card (but unfortunately no discription). So is it important or not? Do i really need it? When i opened the phone originaly there wasn't something like that in it.

U could also try using a hair dryer
I mean... this is actual A NOT SO GREAT VIDEO. It's careless, guys. I didn't remove the motherboard and all the internal parts before hitting it with the heat from the blow gun. Careless! It was just a little more work and worthy. Now, when I was testing the screen... the battery was dead and it didn't charge. Could it have been from this procedure... or not. I guess I'll never know.

Hello sir my RN 7 pro camera lens got scratches or you can say that nearly broken .in daylight condition there is no difference in camera quality but in artificial lighting it doesn't balance exposure of light..so now to fix that does I need to replace whole camera or camera lens can be changed

What do you suggest for just replacing the cracked glass? Just buying the front outer glass or buying the whole LCD with frame?

always get the whole lcd. The lcd, digitizer, and glass are sandwiched together and glued with a special glue in a fancy machine, it is extremely hard to just replace the glass on top of a phone. on the bright side, screens for the 7 are pretty cheap.

Hey .. i have this same phone and i am facing a problem of dusky front camera and on the screen the black coloured text is looking greyish and everything else quite light and some trases of the previous app i have opened is visble on the screen even after removing the app from my phone
