Hello. I have been using it for more than a year, it is a very nice phone. My favorite aspects are definitely 120W power bank and JBL speaker sound system. I think I will use this phone for 4 or 5 years.

You did not turn on the boost charge in the settings. It should display 120W MAX and in color yellow font for it to achieve the 17mins. Full charge

I've been having 2 really annoying problems with this phone: 1, Videos on the KZread app will randomly freeze and the only way for me to get them to play is to close the app and clear it's cache. 2, Every 3rd party web browser I have installed like Brave and Power Browser have the Google Chrome icon.

Can you use the 2nd sim slot at the same time as a memory card? Or do you have to pick between having 2 sim cards vs. having a sim card and a memory card at the same time?

The 2nd sim slot is shared with the memory card slot. You can either insert 2 sim cards or 1 sim + 1 memory card.

The k50 is a Gamer phone, the RN11 pro+5g is a day-to-day phone with power, good battery and good screen.

The phone is garbage. I sent back 2 the Redmi Note 11 and the Redmi Note 5G Pro. They were both garbage. They are slow not very responsive . The screen would flash and the worse thing on the Pro the phone did not even work.
